Simply awful service, at what used to be a top notch place. Went today as the lunch rush was ending. Everyone was either already served or paying their check. We seated ourselves and waited nearly 15 minutes for a server to come by, even though two of them cleared at least three tables around us. We asked for waters and waited another 5 minutes for her to return. Where we sat was incredibly dark and we could barely see our menus. I asked if they could turn up the lights and she said "no, they are all burned out." She said we could move, but wed have to wait for them to clear more booths. She gave us our waters and then went to the booth next to us, who had just come in, and began to take their order. My wife interrupted and said weve been waiting 20 minutes and wed like to order. The waitress blew us off and said she be with us in a minute. One woman at that booth didnt even have her jacket off yet and the waitress was already taking their order. We politely said goodbye and got up and left. On our way out I asked for a manager and he couldnt be bothered enough to go beyond sticking his head around the corner. I briefly explained why we were leaving and he couldnt seem to care less. My wife, myself and my entire family have been in the restaurant business in one capacity or another for many decades. We are very patient and understand what its like to work in the business and deal with difficult customers. We are NOT difficult customers and we tip very well. Its too bad that our server missed out on the generous gratuity that the wonderful waitress at the Willoughby Paninis got instead. Ive always enjoyed the Euclid Paninis and I hope this isnt a sign of things to come.

Wow, what a sad establishment. Continues to employ dog murders? No interest in checking this location out, thats for sure. THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT BE SERVING MY CHILDREN IN YOUR RESTAURANT. CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Lakewood woman was sentenced Monday for killing her dog. Cassandra Biddulph,33, was ordered to be on community control for two years. She had pled guilty to the charges of cruelty against companion animals and endangering children last month. Biddulph stabbed her dog to death in February at her home on Idelwood Road. Lakewood police were called to the home for a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they found the 11-month-old dog dead on the porch. Biddulph told police she was involved in a days-long domestic dispute with her boyfriend and killed the dog out of anger.

THEY HAVE A DOG MURDERER WORKING FOR THEM NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN. READ THIS. Place should be ashamed of itself for allowing someone in management to still work here after she murdered a puppy with a knife by stabbing it to death because she was angry with her boyfriend. This is the lowest of lows and the fact that this place pays this person to handle business is absolutely digesting. Do not eat here!! I went in for a cpl drinks and was pondering ordering food until I seen the cook eating something on the line. He licked his fingers clean and proceeded to cook a customers order. Putting his dirty saliva fingers all over the plate and food. No gloves on or anything. There are also cockroaches everywhere behind the bar and even on it. One crawled right passed me when I was trying to enjoy my drink.

This is by far our favorite restaurant! We go about once a week. My fiance and I love the atmosphere (especially the patio on warm evenings) and the food is absolutely delicious. They have a large menu with MANY choices and weve yet to try something we didnt like! The bar seems popular and is always full, so if things are a bit slow, we really dont mind because its worth the wait. Very friendly staff.

If youve been to Paninis... you know what to expect. Its your standard bar and grille. The food isnt bad- isnt the best, but isnt bad. I had the fish tacos. The salsa wasnt that good, but the tacos were okay. This Paninis is much smaller than other ones Ive been to. The service was okay, but we went at a busy time at lunch. I wasnt impressed but I didnt hate it- 3 stars.

The euclid paninis is the worst place that you could go to or order from. i live a few streets away so its the perfect location for some bar food, but every time i order out, something is missing or wrong. the service in the restaurant is terrible and i suspect them of watering down their liqueur.

Used to be such a hotspot but all the paninis has died around Cleveland West Cleveland area. Its nice this one is still there but its not busy even on weekends. Food is still decent, years ago I used to think paninis had the best bar food in the city.

I bought a chicken sandwich and i got home to eat there was no chicken just lettuce tomatoes and cheese paid 10 dollars for that and the manager wouldnt even give me my money back just wanted to give me a 10 dollar giftcard for future use

Love their wing, tasty food, nice cold draft blue moon, everything u need to spend sunday out home, service and worker super nice and very friendly with outsider, tons of food to try ,nice atmosphere around. A+ fellas
