Innovative Solutions
TERRIBLE, wanted a warm dining out. Salad was fresh. Food was good and fresh. Soups were broth; had to ask for some dumplings, substance, etc. FREEZING in there-other customers said that and asked server to turn heat up! Uncomfortable as heck. Called ahead to ask about wifi-couldnt connect, not even the cell phone. Was told it worked before, on and off. That they have a lot of trouble with it. Call the server provider! Felt like saying I had cash before but now unable to pay. I came for a hot meal, do some work, and be comfortable in doing so. Nobody would call someone to simply reset the modem, or connect to Stratos. As a business person myself and ethical, I would 1) Be HONEST when asked about wifi (or anything else) 2) Let a customer know BEFORE theyre seated and see they have a laptop the wifi isnt working 3) If I knew this which the server admitted, say "Its on the house" or offer a gift certificate. Even complimentary dessert and coffee. Server said the owner (falsely) advertises/says they have wifi- ".....to bring more people in." 20 mile waste of gas. BS++++

Expensive !! Family of 6 breakfast cost us 65.00 dollars. Was served warm orange juice and cold food. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, pancakes was all processed pre-made products that all they do is pull it out of a package and warm it up. Waited almost 25 minutes for our food to be served to us, while the place was nearly empty. I guess they didnt have enough microwaves. 3 dollar beverages. The lady cashing me out asked me how was everything, I told her the orange juices were warm, food was cold, and took 20+ minutes to be served, plus was comically expensive for breakfast, she replied " sorry to hear that " and just continued to swipe my credit card with no care or concern what so ever. Me and my family will never return in our life.

Absolutely the worst customer service for any restaurant I have ever been too!! It was the first and last time I will ever go and suggest you avoid it as well. Aside from the fact there was a miscommunication on the order due to looking at an online menu, instead of wanting to simply fix the problem by adding meat to the salad (which I offered to pay the difference, was indifferent of what type of meat, and was more than willing to wait) the manager insisted my husband and I were to blame and had no intention of doing anything. I should mention my family comes from a Greek heritage so the food was ok at best.

Hit or miss. We have had great experinces and also pretty awful experiences. The gyro breakfast is pretty good, for $8.00 you can easily split between 2 a hearty breakfast. I would not recommend their burgers as they are cheap, nasty frozen patties. I must say the staff is very welcoming and the owner here will give a child a free root beer, if he sees them leaving. The parking lot is a bit on the small side but they do offer pickup if you prefer this option.

The food was fantastic and so were the prices. I was somewhat disappointed that they charge $1.00 for a take home container which I do not know of any other restaurant who does this. The manager seems very unfriendly and somewhat crabby. Doesnt he know you obtain more bees with honey than with vinegar? I would appreciate a hello and smile upon my entrance. Other than the charge of the container and his personality, this is an awesome place.

A clean, open restaurant with friendly staff, Cafe Stratos offers plenty of tasty, hearty food for a very reasonable price. With only one TV kept low and a low radio, this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon was absolutely perfect for writing in peace and keeping fed. It would also be fantastic for groups of six to be able to hear each others conversation. I was happy to visit, and Ill be returning again and again.

Food was AMAZING! Service was great, too. Very friendly people and the food was like grandma cooked it from scratch. I recommend the split pea soup, chicken dumpling soup and the monte cristo sandwich. Salad bar had great pasta salad. Was shopping in the area and will definitely drive 30+ minutes just to eat there again.

Open 24 hours, cozy atmosphere, low-volume TV and radio, hot, fresh, and good-tasting food, and fast service. What more could you ask for? Oh, and inexpensive. Two full meals only cost $15.75! The employees and servers were also in very good moods, making for the perfect all-round diner.

Although this place is covered in murals and looks like a tea bar its open 24/7 and is better than the 24 hour chains around it (Dennys). Order the BLT even if its not on the menu-- they can make one. That and the Quesadillas... but mostly the 24-hour thing. Good looking out.

i love this place. anytime im with my friends and want to find somewhere to eat stratos always pops into mind. best of all its open 24 hours so if youre craving one of their amazing omeletts at 2 in the morning, youre more than welcome to go and get one.

If I lived here, I would eat here once a week! Awesome find for Mom and Pop eats. Chicken paprikash was yummy and indulged in a glorious piece of coconut cream pie. You get soup and salad bar with dinner which is a bonus. Cant beat the prices either!

Dawn was a tremendous waitress on 3rd shift that is missed tremendously.She took great care of the customers, and had a great attitude.The girls that replaced her leave much to be desired.They are lazy, unattentive, and hard on the eyes.

Great food, great service, great price! Love the breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings and Friday and Saturday late nights. But my favorite has to be the Greek Pork Chops! So amazing. The owner is a really nice guy.

A restaurant I frequent. Very affordable for all wallets. Comfort food made to order. Home made soups . As well as salad bar with lots of extras : pudding and fruit etc. A place you wont leave hungry .
