Food was decent. I enjoyed the pancakes and having tater tots is neat. Still, I dont see myself ever coming back here because of policies that they are adamant about. So much so that they have it posted on their door. This place doesnt allow outside drinks. However, their coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The fact that I cant bring better coffee with me loses my business completely. Alternatively if they had good coffee instead of what you would expect from a diner then it would be ok, but enforcing that rule kills the deal. Especially since there are so many other good breakfast spots and diners in the area.

I like to give my money to private restaurants, but cannot continue to go to Bay Diner. Convenience could almost outshine the cheap low-grade food ingredients, but when you pair that with terrible customer service, no thank you. The bald dude that owns one T-shirt should be kept in the back to clean up (why is a grown man using a star wars t shirt as a uniform?). Bob Evans unfortunately uses better food, theyre faster, their prices are nearly identical, and you dont deal with the attitudes.

Lobster Bisque delicious. Crab Bisque even better. Red Lobster has nothing on the Bisque. Fried Fish Dinner. Not great. Perch Dinner excellent. Grilled Cheese w/swiss on Texas Toast great. Fries very good. Service was great. All in all had a great meal for not a bad price. Even took two Crab Bisques home with me. Hope they have that more often

Nice place in Bay to eat a good meal. I wish the breakfast portion was a tad bit larger but mybe thats good for me. I have been back three times and the lunch portions were plentiful. Will keep going back for the food and support of local business. Service was good as well....thanks

Bad food, worst service! If you do eat there make sure you dont bring in coffee from next door! Theyll charge you to bring it in even though your family is all eating. Then insult you when you question their "policy " Most bizarre dining experience EVER!

The service and food are both outstanding. You can tell that the kitchen is well run and the staff all get along. It loses a star for being nestled in a suburban strip mall, having uninspiring off the shelf decor, and having too many TVs (three!).

Their prices are reasonable and their dishes are ok. Generally go when I cannot cook breakfast myself. The staff their is always friendly which keeps me coming back.
