Ive always been a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse. I think their food is excellent and the prices have always been fair. Back in April of 2009, I was getting married. The night before, some 40 of us staying in the hotel Marriott next door popped over to the Roadhouse 20 minutes before it closed. Not only did we receive full meals, the waitresses told us they would stay as long as we wanted to. At 11pm, they even locked the front door and continued to serve us. We eventually left at 1am, full and happy. I cant say enough how much it mean to us to receive that sort of service from a chain restaurant. We always try to patronize the restaurant when we are in the area. Lifetime customers!

First time at a Texas Roadhouse. Lots of options but not too overwhelming. The appetizer platter was super. I had the half ribs half sirloin combo platter. Both were great, was pleasantly surprised on how good the sirloin was. Caesar salad had a little too much dressing on it but it was still pretty good for a chain restaurant. Bread on table was tasty. Portions were very good sized and pricing was great for the size. Service was great. Hope to return if not here another location.

Always great food and atmosphere. They run various bar specials throughout the week and Im always surprised by how many people are here during the week. Typically can get a seat immediately at peak times, but the restaurant is close to completely full (good reputation). The best place to watch sports is in the bar area, which may be a draw back for families if they have children. There are some TV set throughout just not as many as in the bar seating area.

Terrible customer service. Girl at the entrance told us 15 minutes, 40 minutes later I check in and ask what the wait is and she says another 15 minutes. I ask why I was told 15 minutes and she said that I was supposed to be told 55 minutes. Terrible customer service, I wouldnt recommend coming here if you dont want to wait an hour and a half for a mediocre meal. Please educate your hostesses on how to utilize a clock and estimate better wait time.

I went there yesterday with my little sister and boyfriend. Our waitress, Ashley was very pleasant and attentive. While we were being seated, the host who walked us to our booth asked how my day was, which was nice. We all ordered steak. Very good. The fried pickles could be better. The bread and butter is amazing! It was clean, besides the peanuts on the floor, i didnt mind that at all, though. it comes with the experience. I was very pleased.

I need to stop trying to eat here because it is hard to park and crowded chaos inside. Call ahead left us with a 10 minute line to check in plus a 25 minute wait. Thats long after we called ahead, and I heard them tell someone ordering takeout even that would be 30 minutes. So tonight I gave up on trying to eat here. Again. Wish there was the separate check-in line for Call Ahead or even just better planning for the dinner hours.

This location is always, always packed! No reservations. I recommend the call ahead to be put on waiting list. It is slammed everytime Ive been. I have to give major props to the server staff at this location. They never seem phased, or get short with customers from all the irritations that are surrounding them. Its a madhouse in there, many kids. They are cool and do great job,all while staying polite and kind.

Ordered the Skinny Margarita. It was awful! It tasted like a cleaning solution. Sent it back and got a Sangria drink. Ordered the Filet Medallions. The rice they were served with was not edible. Once again a strange taste. The server Sara was very friendly. The salads were tasty and large. The Seasonal vegetables were bland, dry and practically raw. Will not be returning any time soon.

We called ahead, arrived to be seated and the hostess we met at the door was sassy and rude. About 5 or 6 hostesses and waitresses were just using the hostess area to socialize. They seemed bothered that we were there. It would have been great to leave, but we made it past that and got our food. Service after the rude hostess was fine.

Love this place and all Texas Roadhouses. Even compared to Mortons or Ruth Chriss, I prefer TRs seasoning on their steaks better. I even buy the seasoning to season my steaks and burgers at home. Rolls are delicious, add is anything else. If by some chance it isnt, they are quick to make it up to you.

They do an excellent steak here. Other items are also above parr. The only thing I wish is, that they change up their menu occasionally. All in all its an above average restaurant, with great service and pretty darn good food. Homey atmosphere and great for groups. Dont forget to tip and tip well.

Everything was perfect. The food came in a timely manner and was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable and all the servers had a smile and were friendly. We had to wait a little while to get seated, but thats to be expected at such a place. I loved it and will keep coming back.

Saturday afternoon and we are the only people sitting at the bar. Service should not be an issue, but the bartender apparently had a bunch of tables. My chopped steak was an underdone burger, the catfish was overly dry and i was generally dissatisfied.

The steaks are the best, cooked perfectly for me. The ribs are awesome! The rolls are baked just right and taste great. The service is the best around! All in all Ive always had the best of times at Texas Roadhouse!!!

Ordered takeout last night and we live 5 minutes from the place. When we got home our fries were cold and tasted not fresh. I asked for a well done burger and it was very pink on the inside. Very disappointed!

Best ribs ever and their fries are so good, when younger I used to order a giant platter of fries and ribs and nothing else! Meat is always grilled really well and they use a decent amount of bbq sauce.

Filthy store, mens room had mop water standing, and smelled like a outhouse. All of the floors were slick and sticky, had to take my shoes off to get int the car. Food and service were good to fair.
