Dont even waste your time, or risk your health here. Awful. Just plain awful. I placed a carryout order for two salads and pancakes at 6pm. After looking at my food for 15 minutes sitting in a basket, bacon was finally added to my order and I was out the door, 35 minutes after placing my order. Let me be honest here. I worked for Bob Evans as a cook and as a Kitchen Prep for over 7 years. So I know for a damn fact that this was a 6 minute cook time order. Once I drive all the way home and begin eating I am disgusted to find a raw piece of fried chicken in my salad. How hard is this? Toss the chicken in the fryer and keep it there until it floats! If it doesnt float, it aint done! So after finding that, my wife didnt trust her food enough to eat her dinner either. Ive given Bob Evans enough chances to redeem themselves over the past 2 years. They have disappointed us every time. So were done. Dont care to go back, and cant trust their food. This is most likely why Bob Evans sold off their restaurant division last year, seeing how they cant trust the employees to let fried chicken cook fully. I cant imagine how many meals they comp every month.

Seriously? The whole order was wrong. Chicken pot pie is a soup with a bread on top. Forgotten mac and cheese with another order. The killer of it all is my order. Requested a steak no gravy. No gravy with French fries. Recieved a steak dripping in gravy covered in burnt mushrooms and onions. The steak was really a sausage patty. Do youself a favor. Never go to Bob Evans for anything more than a late night munchie run. Even then, prepare yourself for disappointment. Thanks for the free wifi to post this review. Trash...

My husband & I both brought 2 van loads in here for breakfast on our way to Columbus to go garage sales. We could have stopped at the Coshocton Bob Evans but we always had good service at this location until this time! It is the most unorganized chaos I have ever seen. Its like nobody knows what the heck theyre doing, they brought part of our order out which was cold by the time we got the rest of it. The salt is so damp you cant even shake any out, dont think Ill ever stop here again!!! Very very dissatisfied!

The service was awful. Waitress didnt even bother to introduce herself. Didnt get the soup we order yet we were still charged for it. The bread on my sandwich was completely chared. The sandwich was supposed to come with the option of having two sides or one and the sandwich should have come with mozzarella. I requested only one side, yet I received two and was charged for two and no cheese on the sandwich. I would never return to this place

Ordered breakfast simple right? Took a long time to bring my girl was on second glass of water. Sausage links were over cooked dry Everything was barely Luke warm? Then they asked me when I paid ,"was everything ok?" No and I explained why still got charged girl said sorry , but was still smiling. People who are sincere dont smile when apologizing for terrible service and food quality

If you ever want to see what a restaurant run by all high school students would be like then head on down! Server was very nice but extremely inattentive. Watched staff stop work to talk several times and even try to juggle rolls. Food was fine; service left a lot to be desired. I wish this was just a one time thing but after three times I dont think Ill be going back.

We had a party of 9 and were quickly seated for dinner. The waitress was exceptional, helpful, and made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed. I had the best Western Omelet that Ive had at a Bob Evans for as long as I can remember. My wife had two eggs over easy and they were the best shed had at a Bob Evans.

Service is horrible in this store. Servers never check back to see if you need stuff or if your food is done properly, which it almost never is. Manager walks around "trying" to look busy while doing absolutely nothing. Check was wrong and when pointing it out they did nothing to fix it. Worst service around!

We stopped her in our way back from Trinway for breakfast and was very satisfied. Wait wasnt to long for a Sunday and the service was very pleasant. Food was amazing as well.
