6/18/16 - The service this time was absolutely horrible, our waitress had the personality of a wet dishrag and matching skills. Had to ask her twice for everything. I had to speak to the manager to get extra butter for crying out loud. They brought out a loaf of frozen bread, I kid you not, it was actually frozen inside. They forgot to bring out a salad. They completely forgot the appetizers and brought out our dinners. Apparently even the quality of the steaks has dropped drastically, as they are trying to pass off a trimmed T-Bone steak for a Porterhouse these days. A steak cooked medium now means raw and bloody. I felt rushed and ignored at the same time. Not what you would expect of a good steak house. The waitress never even bothered to check on us. They never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. I am dropping them down two stars for their sad performance. Decor is fine as usual, Southwestern, although the table we were seated at was quite wobbly, perhaps they need some maintenance. We went in the afternoon so I assume they gave us the lunch menus, one card stock print, I prefer the more luxurious menu in the leather bound book format. Ah well. Service this visit was terrible, a request for a table for five came with four chairs, I asked for two kids menus because I figured the kid would play with one and we could read the other, they gave us two kids utensil roll ups so I had only a fork and a spoon, no knife. I had told the waitress the kid (my Grandson) was “starving” when I ordered the chicken tenders, figuring they would serve that with the appetizers or at least bring them out first. No such luck, no extra napkins, no bus service, I stacked the empty bread plates and appetizer plates all very high on the corner of the table thinking maybe someone would see it and take them away, no, they sat there. Honestly Our waitress never come to check on us, never bused the table, never checked if I needed more coffee, and no matter how much I looked around, I never saw her. No manager was to be seen at any time during the whole meal. Since this is not a first review, I will skip the prices and bathrooms critique. Food quality was sub par, the bread was crushed and not cut all the way through, it was gone in under a minute, nobody came and asked if we wanted more. One filet came out woefully overcooked, the baked carrots looked horrible as well as tasted horrible. My baked potato tasted like it had been reheated. The sweet potato has hardly any cinnamon on it, this is not what I have come to expect, It was disappointing. On the plus side their spicy chicken bites and cheddar mushrooms were excellent. Overall this visit was mediocre and not up to Longhorns usual standards, I will certainly still go back again, but come on guys, step it up will you? From a while ago; This is one of my regular places, best steaks in town, everything from the service to the cocktails is very good, now if only they could shorten the wait times...

Ive had the misfortune of eating here twice. The first time was with my parents who were in from out of town. We all placed our orders, and after waiting several more minutes for our orders to arrive, they gave me the wrong meal. They didnt offer to rectify it by giving me a discount on my meal, I had to pay the full price. The second time, we asked the hostess if we could have a waitress that we knew. The hostess told us it might be a half hour " hopefully*. We sat at the bar and had some overpriced drinks for half hour. Finally my wife asked where we were on the list, and they said they wrote our name down wrong. So we sat at the bar for a little longer. Finally our buzzer went off, and we went up to claim our table. The waitress said she didnt realize that we wanted a specific waitress. She said that she would give us free appetizers because she was sorry, and we waited another 15 minutes. Finally we just left. Worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant.

Myself and one of my children Choose this steakhouse on a spur of the moment, wish I would have went elsewhere. Started with appetizers and they were ok nothing special. Both of us ordered the T-bone steaks medium rare with baked potato. After quite an extensive wait 25 plus minutes (after appetizers finished) the steaks made it tableside. Presentation looked great and that was it, My steak was cooked somewhere between med well and well done. Childs was something around med to med well. The potatoes are rock hard, and lack any flavor. I spoke to the manager about how two of the same steaks were prepared so different and got the response of "were having staffing issues". I guess if your cooks were more concerned with food prep rather than carrying your hostess through the dining area giving her a wedgy (as she called it) the food might be better. Your correct sir you have staffing issues.

Was not Happy with this visit. Dont think the waitress had her mind on her job, to many mistakes. Would say she would be right back with something, then she would forget. When asked what sides I wanted. I said 2 sides, she didnt tell me there was only 1 side. She just brought on of them instead of asking which one I wanted of the 2, and if I want to pay the difference. Just wasnt real happy with the way things went there today.

We tried to call ahead but when we called there was no wait so we were not placed on to the wait list , on arivial we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated, while we only called 10 minutes before . There were also 7 table that were fully open. We will now have to think of different establishments when we would like to go out for dinner

Waitress was cold. I had Prime Rib my husband had the outlaw ribeye for 24.99. His steak was extremely tough. We told the waitress and all she said is, you will have that sometimes. Really.... then we had to wait forever for our bill. This was the third time we have eaten there and all 3 times were bad. I say 3 strikes you are out.

We have been to Longhorn in Georgia, Pennsylvania and even Texas. To date, this one is on the top of my list. The server are very nice, the management cares and the place is clean. the food is also very good. I have only had one problem with my meal and it was taken care of very quickly with apologies.

This place SUCKS! I have taken my family here twice. The first time was after they just opened, decided to give them a second chance. The service was VERY slow and the steak that finally arrived wasnt fit for my dog. Darden restaurants needs to step up if they want this one to survive.
