This store has had a great manager for over 25yrs now. Debbie does the very best she can with what very little her franchise company allows her to do. When this store was owned and properly run by corporate pizza hut (yum brands) it couldnt be touched for efficiency and speed of service. When they sold to franchise it went down the toilet. Their biggest concern is LABOR costs! Thats it! Im told theyre only allowed to schedule 2 drivers on a FRIDAY night!!! Its sad because this franchise company has ruined Pizza Huts reputation horribly. Take your money elsewhere because that franchise company doesnt deserve your money. Also they own 21st St and Hebron Rd as well.

The pizza hut on Main Street in Newark sucks. ordered 45min ahead. went to pick it up. waited 30 min. got a pizza. got half way back home. had to go back to get our pizza. they told me to wait for 45 min while they made me a new pizza. told them they could keep there store credit we would never be back to use it. not to mention that the manager kept picking on a young kid who worked there. Rating -3

Called before they closed by at least 20 minutes. They answered and left the phone hanging having employee chatter be heard telling them to not take any orders and to not answer the phone. Instead of hanging up or saying they were done for the night they just left the phone on the line without so much as a hello. Leaving me to listen to their dumb words.

I ordered online and 5 min after my order is placed they call saying they have no dough and it will be 45 min for dough plus more for my food then my dad ask if it was taken off my card they said 3-5 days to get it back and they played dumb an so we called Corp and they played dumb food is good but they need to get it together

They usually do i wonderful job!!! We ordered pasta which was barely even warm with cheese sticks,ended up getting a personal cheese pizza instead. We got mt dew instead of the pepsi i ordered..i didnt get my sauce either!! At least my mans wings were right and my personal pizza.thanks

I went away from pizza hut becouse there pizza got dry without sauce and litterally turned into a brick if you had leftovers. I came back and for a brief moment it had sauce again and was great but that was a brief moment. Im done i dont care if there 2 bucks. Bye bye pizza hut...

Its very evident that they dont know how to cut breadsticks and youre better off not ordering any extra items because they will conveniently forget to give it to you. Lastly, theyre delivery service is the worlds worst for taking forever to get your order to you.

Terrible service. Called twice someone picked up but did not answer. I heard talking in the background. I called back a third time only to be put on hold. I finally hung up and called another Pizza Hut. Do Not Recommend this Pizza Hut.

They always take forever, they only have one good delivery driver, as long as its Jim youre good if not your order is going to be messed up or youll be changed wrong.
