Called the first time and straight to hold music. Waited 5 mins and someone picked up and hung up on me. Called back and waited another 5 mins before someone picked up. Asked the wait time and told 45 mins. After taking the order, was told itd be 45 mins to an hour. After 1 hour and 18 mins, my pizza arrives. The box was warm and the pizza was cold. On my receipt, it says convenience fee of $2.75. I called and asked what the fee was and was told it was a delivery fee. So they charged me to deliver a cold pizza, late. Thats how you permanently lose a customer.

Food was okay, but driver has horrible: Our driver pulled our food from the hotbag at a very steep upward angle. The flap on the bag was clasped or caught on something so it wouldnt open easily, and instead of fixing it, he continued yanking on the pizza boxes roughly back and forth to try and force the bag open until finally the food came free of the bag. He did not apologize, nor did he make any attempt at being courteous or polite. He was gave off a manner of not wanting to be there and complete frustration.

Abysmal Delivery Driver "We work for a tip" is inexcusable to say to any customer especially as theyre going to grab your tip for you, instantly made me change my mind. Worst experience with any delivery driver Ive had. Thanks for flipping me off too as you walked to your car, would have expected more from a middle-aged man.

This pizza was wonderful!. It was a breeze to order online. You can get points for ordering online. The new Pizza Hut order tracking system was great. You get a text when your food is on its way. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Manatee Ave Pizza Hut.
