In terms of business and personal experiences, my satisfaction with the company and Their employees are not only cool but awesome and most wonderful peers Ive seen highly rated but on the personal side, the girls I met were very awesome and understood well since theyre working with a client whose Autistic but not fully incompetent or inadequate since I have been experiencing issues with individuals before Pizza Hut I dont have issues with. Realistically, I hope one day to make it a wonderful marketing corporation to invest and hope on the personal side to make good compassions with female employees loving and caring than other companies dont have.

This store is a joke!!! Employees are clueless. After asking if they deliver my way. (And spelling my road to them 6 times) They say yes and take my order. Hour and half later the driver calls and says my house isnt where i said it was. Lol, really??? Yeah, because i dont know where i live. After spelling my road 2 more times, he says we dont deliver there. You will have to call another store... So with my food in his car he drives back to the store.... With my food!!! Ignorance is everywhere in America... Thanks for ruining everyones night!!! Next time i guess ill order Gioninos greasy pizza. Fast Eddies, help me please...

With all the negative reviews here I should have known something was wrong but i decided to place an order here anyway as it was more conveniently located from my place of residence They had like almost no customers and yet it take them 45 minutes to get 2 pizzas ready whereas when i ordered they told it would take no more than 15 minutes so i had to wait in the parking lot for another 30 minutes when i was told there was a five minute wait The people working in the morning are okay but the evening staff is just lazy and rude

This location is a joke. Delivery times are never accurate. Call to check an order, get hung up on or that our order isnt in the system. Was told the delivery guy already left and should be there any minute 20 minutes later he shows up. We live 10 minutes (max) away from here. Just waited 1 hr 15 minutes for our order when it was only supposed to take 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldnt have ordered if I knew it was gonna take that long!

We spend a great deal of time at this particular Pizza Hut because of its exceptionally friendly manager and staff and the fact that they all go way above the call of duty to provide us with an exceptional dining experience by seeing that our food is prepared exactly the way we want it. While occasionally mistakes are made, the staff always does more than enough to correct the error so we go away full and happy. GREAT GOING, GUYS !!!

Im starting to feel like they actually personally hate me because our order is never right. This time ordered a meat lovers and a cheese (only) and this is what I get. Weve gotten a meatless meatlovers, had them give away our pizza to others, forget to make half our order, pour balsamic vinegar all over it once, reversed the crusts on our orders (pan←→hand tossed), and there is more but I cant remember them right now

Tonight we took our girls to Pizza Hut on Lexington Ave. Our waitress was Amanda. She was awesome, one of the best waitresses weve ever had. She was very accommating and so patient with our girls. They talked her ear off and she graciously listened. She is such a nice person and an asset to the business. Thank you, Amanda, for your kindness and for being so nice to our girls.

I have had numerous mishaps with this specific Pizza Hut... Delivery times are terrible, ranging from 1h - 1h 1/2 (I once waited 2 hours)... They never have the supply to make pizzas!??? I called one night, they didnt have thin crust, or stuffed crust...HOW? I will never order from here again

There are busy times for the staff of this Pizza Hut, but they are always happy to serve you. The pizzas are up there with the best. I occasionally go there with a friend or two and spend hours over a couple of mixed pizzas and great conversation.

From Indiana an their Pizza Huts are HORRIBLE, moved her 3yrs ago. Food, staff fantstic. I enjoy the salad bar, an I can relax an read without being bothered. Was pleased to make this a regular spot. Thank you Ohio Pizza Hut.

I never have a problem with this Pizza Hut location. My pizza is always warm when it gets to my house and they never seem to foul up my order or forget part of my order. Great Job!

I love pizza hut but lately the pizza is undercooked. Did a online order and specifically asked for the pizza to be cooked 5 minutes longer and it was still very undercooked.
