Love Donatos when its done right. The location on 21st Street in Newark, Ohio, is definitely not done right and not a typical Donatos. Stopped ordering here a few months ago after receiving bad service and too done pizza one too many times. Decided tonight to give it another try. Nothing has changed and it has possibly gotten worse. Woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me right as I was saying thank you for taking my order. Pizza did arrive on time which is only reason for two stars. Pizza was once again almost burnt and not very good. Gave them another chance after a few months. They wont be getting any more of my chances or money.

Service is fine, the pizza is fine, however the salads are a joke. They look good on top spinach or mixed greens and whatever but really you just get a bowl of iceberg with the gross yellow parts and chunks. Every restaurant I have worked in would not serve those parts of the head and certainly wouldnt give you , iceberg is filler it has practically no nutrients. And most likely a corporate issue.

Ordered from this location several times and it seems like we always have an issue. I called to ask for a sub to be remade and sent back out and the MANAGER acted like I was an inconvenience. After knowing it was made wrong he said well be out in 40min! 40min I live not even 5min away. Completely unprofessional and rude I will not order from here again!

Pizza was cold and sloppy! Delivery guy was 15 minutes past time internet quoted me and rude!!!! Anyone thats delivered pizza knows that they quote a time 15 to 20 mins past the time itll actually to take to cover any mishaps!!! Unacceptable! Wont be ordering again!

The food is good but be careful if you get a salad. The bowls are horrible!!! It is almost impossible to cut or eat your salad without spilling it everywhere unless you hold the bowl. I found out the hard way.

This is an awesome pizza place with great service and what I would say is one of the best pizzas in newark. I highly recommend going here and i guarantee you will love it

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, but for some reason I still tasted meat...dont know if they use any meat products in the sauce. Couldnt enjoy the pizza.
