The dog was tasty, but I am giving a 1 here purely for extremely poor customer service. I called to advise the Palmetto location of errors on the order. I spoke with a Manager named Melanie. Her responses to my concerns were not what I would expect from a Manager. At every turn she attempted to prove me wrong, and never attempted to apologize. When someone ends a sentence with " What would you like for me to do for you" that means they are out of gas and have nothing else to say. Supposedly each location has variations to their menu, although online there is only one menu. So I think I will just keep going to Portillos in Brandon

Dont ever try to work here if ur new to waitressing this place gives you no chance they let me go the frist night but can keep employees there that shouldnt be working there foods probley good to people that have never been behind or in there kicthchen lets just leave it there never eat there frist time in there an they are just not were its at no glovea nasty hands none of the waitress except me wash there hands an use there mouth to open stuff spell stuff an dont clean it right there way more to add but ill let yall be the judge. Of that they like to take sides there

My dad and I came in because we wanted to try Joey ds in palmetto because we loved the old place in bradenton before it closed. It was the worst service ever... we were seated and left to stare at the menu And we never were asked for drinks and the waitress never came back at all.. so finally after almost 15 minutes we left.. no one even cared that we left or even asked if we were okay... I will never return

Very poor customer service and the food takes forever to get served then its wrong. Dont complain to the Manager, oh she will give you an earful. Bathroom was so dirty, it looked like it had never been cleaned before. Food wasnt any good after we finally received it, when the Manager threw it on the table and laughed. I suggest that you find anywhere else to eat than this place!!!!!

Id give it 5 stars.... Food was great as usual... But this makes two times now that I got something different from order.... Last week my Stromboli came with sausage instead of pepperoni..I kept it and took the sausage out - today our pizza came with sausage instead of the pepperoni I ordered... This one I sent back, so we had to wait extra time...

Probably the best cheesy combo ever. Pizza was good, not great. Service was frenetic, place was 1/2 full. Had to request napkins twice, (this is messy food, why arent they on the tables?) was brought 1 each time. Pizza not what we ordered, seems to be a recurring theme. Disorganized staff and lack of napkins is on owner/management.

Yummy Chicago style pizza (if you get deep dish plan on a 45min bake time, or order it ahead and then you can take it home, or eat it when you get there). Inside has a Chicago sports feel and Chicago pride is evident!!! Great staff and a fun place to hang out to enjoy some Fab pizza!

I had been looking for a place that had deep dish pizza and my parents said this was the place to go. The food was delicious! The servers are polite and attentive. Definitely restaurant we will be visiting often!

This place is delicious. They have food from burgers and hot dogs to pizza to Italian foods. If youre in Florida, definitely come to this place. The people are polite and the place is family friendly.

Normally they have very good service however the one located in palmetto has a 50 Dollar minimum for delivery which is ridiculous when the one on manatee Ave delivers at less than that.
