I ordered a chicken capree salad , like always there service is awful and while everyone else at my table go there pizza I waited 10 mins for the salad , and they didnt even know I ordered it. On there it says fresh salad it was nothing but not fresh the cheese was frozen in the lettuce was awful it was disgusting and when I tried a piece of pizza I was disappointed as always and how much grease in nasty it was awful , the fresh salad it was nothing but not fresh the cheese was frozen and the lettuce was awful it was disgusting and when I tried There pizza I was disappointed as always at how much grease The pizza smells like a horse shoe and a barn mix together I do not recommend this because their salad its not fresh it is cold it is stuck in refrigerator for like three days and the cheese was frozen and the lettuce was going bad it was just so awful and the pizza just sucks I rather go to Papa Johns , And also the salad didnt have chicken on it maybe it was a sign not to eat there fake looking chicken though

We had the Pepperoni Zinger and it was great. We also on another night had ordered several other pizzas as a group and the simple cheese pizza we ordered for the kids was the best we had ever had. The slices are not your traditional pie shape. The entire round pizza is cut into small rectangeles which is great for small children so they dont waste, but not so good for adults because you keep eating, cause theyre only little pieces whats one more gonna hurt?

I love their pizzas! Great quality and taste! But I hate their prices Donatos is very expensive. I can get 2 large pizzas at other places for the cost of one Donatos pizza. So eating here is usually a rare treat. They should mail out more coupons or do more specials. Times are tough and I dont know how they will stay in business. Most people I talk to like their food they just cant afford it.

We love their pizza! The staff is very friendly and prompt with getting your food to you. I love that they offer online ordering and everything is ready when you arrive plus I receive text messages offering discounts from time to time on pizza and subs.

Dont the the managers special. Two large pizzas for 20 dollars. Its not the same pizza. Different sauce (not good) and hardly any pepperoni on it, not edge to edge like the regular donatos you are used to. Very disappointed. 7/8/09

My son cant get Donatos where he lives so every time they come up for a visit we have a pizza party. I dont believe theres a pizza that Donatos makes that we dont like. I also love having cold leftover pizza the next day.

Poor service. Order for specific pick up time not ready waited 20 minutes. This has happened before at this Donatos. When asking Ashley about it she just said things happen. Only 1 group was eatng in. Wont try again....

Yes prices are more expensive but i feel the same way about Hardees and also feel that just like Hardees the quality of food exceeds the other places that are cheaper.. You get what you pay.
