I wouldnt go to this one if theres any other ones around it. Yesterday was probably the first time its ever happened, but the lady that rung us out was completely distracted and added cheese to my wifes burger. We noticed that right away and had the chefs take it out. Other than that, I asked for hot sauce and A1 on the side. -- They were placed inside the burger. Together. Leaving the burger tasting like a mess. Top it all off, we got a cup of fries, without having them fill the bag up like they usually do. TLDR: Not sure if Five Guys is dropping in quality. But this location seems like it.

Great burgers and fries every time. The order process gives you full control over what goes on your burger. Good stuff. They make a good milkshake, too. A star gets knocked for two reasons. One, they do have an alternative to burgers--hot dogs--but this alternative is way too expensive. Also, waiting times sometimes get pretty long for a burger joint. Be prepared to wait ~10 minutes at lunch time or longer at dinner. Overall good food and free peanuts in shell while you wait.

Great job! As always I order my burgers "no bun" due to Celiac Disease. As soon as I said the "no bun" the cashier automatically asked me if it was due to an allergy! Dumbfounded I said "yes" and nothing else was needed. They changed their gloves, and even put my food in its own bag as to not touch the things I could not have. I was amazed and so impressed that they have this type of training. Oh, my burger was great too!

Not the best Five Guys Ive been to, but it still beats most burgers around. Ive never been here without it being crowded, which is a positive sign. Real pain in the rear location. The parking is rotten when the surrounding stores are busy. Im positive one time I visited The Dead Milkmen were blaring. Automatic 4 stars.

The name is totally misleading, there were more than five guys and one was even a girl. There was a totally unacceptable sign that said "grinding out juicy burgers" I dont want my kids exposed to that indecency. 10/10 Will get half a burger from westshore family ymca next time.

The parking lot is a pain in the butt to get in and out of, let alone tight and difficult to maneuver. Service and food was good. Not a lot of trash cans in this place, and the music was WAY too loud! I had to practically shout so the other people in my party could hear me.

This was the first time Ive been to a Five Guys. My experience was great. The cashier helped us out and was very nice. He even checked on us after we started to eat to see how we were doing. Definitely coming back and recommending them to everyone!

Typical Five Guys! Great burgers, great fries! Swift service and your order is always right. Only negative about this particular location is parking. When its busy shopping time, spots can be hard to find and/or to get in and out.

Over priced little bacon burger. Bacon was dry, hard and tasteless. Ripped off on the fries...normally theres so many we cant eat them all. Ppl forgot our shake and had to go ask for it.

Not as good as the other Five Guys outlets in the area. Tables were dirty and they screwed up my order. When this guy asks for bacon on his burger, you better not forget the bacon.
