The biggest bean
I love the place, I really do, the people that work there are mostly nice, last week I saw a kitchen employee come out and buy a police officer his food. It seems to be the managers that have problems though, you see, there was a hair in my food. And I simply wanted a refund, I returned and asked for the manager, and was sent someone that was clearly not Chuck Swinson. After that, not only was i denied a full refund, I was only given a refund of $1.98 of my $13.00 meal for myself and another person.

I really prefer to give these ppl -10 stars. By far the worst chick fil a Ive been to with the worst service. The young lady at the counter was beet red stating, "omg the rush is coming". She proceeded to provide service with a tude with eyeliner smeared all over her face like shed just undergone a crisis of some sort. I used to be a waitress and I know bad service when I see it. Ive gone there a few times and each time the service is disheartening.

This is a freshly remodeled restaurant and it is by far the best one of the chain I have ever been to. I have observed extremely outstanding customer service to myself and everyone around me. This location has gone above and beyond every location of any chain I have ever been to. 10/10 would eat here every chance I got without a second thought. ALSO, the food was great too.

I love chic-fil-a but my wife found an arm pit hair baked into her biscuit here. The manager tried to tell me it was just head hair. Problem with that is, he never looked at the biscuit to see. Is it standard practice for cooks to eat in the kitchen while they prepare customers food? Because, I witnessed this happening while they replaced the tainted biscuit.

Great place to grab a meal during lunch. However the best times to get lunch there would be 11am OR 1pm. It gets realllllly crowded and the lines are endless at noon. I gave it a 4 star because I noticed fruit flies 3 different times. Other than that, the staff and food are the CHAMP!

I love Chick-fil-A !! I also like the fact at lunch time and at the busiest times of the day they have not only drive through service but people in vest to aid you in ordering and getting you your food in a hurry.

Been there many many times. Staff are nice if u eat inside u are sure to get hot food, drive through line is iffy on getting piping hot food even if u specifically request it. Clean.
