Every diner in America will refill your coffee at least once. Problem is once you get your food here, you cease to exist. Had to stand up and walk to to counter for a coffee refill and the waitress looked at me like I was from another planet. Waffle House is not known for its service until it comes time to pay, then you better have your money ready. Ill go down the street to Dennys next time. At least there I can get a beverage refill without begging.

We have always enjoyed eating here ! Unfortunately we took the kids there for the first time Saturday and well no good came from that! We ended up going to McDonalds. We would still be waiting for service ! I do not understand how a table of 4 can be totally ignored! People came in after us and received service and food while we waited the kids finally said can we just leave ???¿

Jamie, Kat, Camille, and Lisa were wonderful! They made our food to our liking and it was delicious! Everything was good and we got in and out in time.. Traveling it was hard to find a restaurant we liked but we knew Waffle House wouldnt let us down! And the cherry lemonade was made to perfection! Thanks Jamie and others for a good experience!

I have gone to this Waffle House a few times, every time I go there, something is always wrong. Call ahead 15 minutes, still have to wait for Hash Browns and Toast only! Half of the time Toast is Burnt or Hash Browns are. I have called to speak to a manager about my complaints and get hung up on. I guess I will keep going to Dennys!

THATS just what it is just ok. Some of the food just wasnt the best order grits and didnt get them . And they would bring our food separately as we ate and didnt bring it all together so I like to have my meal all together bacon wasnt done properly in the eggs was supposed to be over medium and they were over extremely cooked

Horrible!! Walked in & it was the dirtiest Waffle House I have ever been to! ! We had to search for a clean booth! Waited 10 minutes & there was noone to be found. No movement anywhere, only the table occupied by a couple. Were told they had been gone for at least 15 minutes. Finally left!

I walked out today. No greeting, no one wiped my table off or asked for my drink order. Waitress looked dirty and more interested in jamming to Free Bird on muzak than taking my order. I used to enjoy this one since the Akron location became a total s##t hole.

Short wait on table, usual waffle house busy. Food was good and tasty. Good friendly service when asked to cook bacon a little longer, and with attention w/o being bothersome! Clean from our POV. Would return! It was a pleasure.

It was a ridiculous wait and the service was horrible the waffles were over cooked and it took ten minutes to get an orange juice I have been to waffle houses across the east coast and never has it been this bad

Overall great experience. Food was good as expected. Service was amazing, thanks to an efficient server named Brandon. I was with a party of 5. We were fed and on our way in 20 minutes.

Ive been to Waffle House all over the south, this is by far one of the cleanest Ive been to. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my food was out quick, fast, and in a hurry.
