Total Let Down. When I was a teenager I ate at the Fuddruckers in Miami. It was amazing. When I saw one was coming to Fort Myers I was ecstatic and had looked forward to going for months. My significant other and I went tonight with our daughter. The food was WAY over priced for the quality. This place lacks decent management and was fiithy in the dining area and restrooms. There was no toilet tissue and the paper towel dispenser was broken. There was no service here. You order at a cash register and pick up your food from a window. The soda machine was broken. The beer was hot. My daughter ordered a corn dog and apples.... the corn dog was burnt and her apple was literally rotten squshy and brown...it looked like old garbage. No lie. The biggest let down was the burger though which was Completely over cooked. Both my husband and I ordered a medium burger and both were WELL done. I ordered a mushroom burger... it had like 5 mushroom shreds on it. My husband ordered a sweet tea and it was seriously so watered down it was just gross. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. I was so disappointed. Not what I remembered at all. Wish I had my money back. If youre thinking about going I strongly suggest you drive a little further down the road to McDonalds. You can save yourself 50$ and have a decent meal.

To be honest- I would give this 2.5 stars if that existed. Its not horrible, but I wouldnt go back by my choice but I wont fuss if a friend really wants to go there. First- is it fast food or dine-in? The price point is that of a restaurant that would serve you, yet its a counter order place that messes up your order the same as any bad drive thru (I ordered a chicken sandwich and half fries/half onion ring to go- the sandwich came out in a basket, I waited while they repackaged it, and when I got home- no fries or rings) Also, the toppings bar for the burgers (standard LTO plus relish and peppers) seems like a great idea. But if you eat in, the whole party has to get up and abandon the table to top their sandwiches. Grab your purses and personal belongings and schlep up to a busy counter and wait to top your burger...if you have small kids, this because especially challenging; just as you settle them into a booth and get them to sit still, gather them up and get in line. Overall, I think its a bit over priced for what it is and the concept is not great

Ordered a "rare" one pound (two half pounds) Buffalo burger, got one half pound. Thats not the worst part, the buffalo burger WAS NOT buffalo, it WAS a one hour old half pound well done burger. From cashier to manager, Romero, it was the worst Fudds experience and will NOT frequent ANY Fudds because of it. I am a former Fuddruckers cashier, fry cook, line cook, expo, and baker. There are so many "details" of everything wrong with this franchise and I dont expect it to be here next year. Would have called a corporate office but the website has no phone number. Customer Service - 1 star Food Quality - MINUS 2 stars Environment - 1 star, music to load, cashier cant hear or understand guest, mens room out of paper towels. Pricing - 1 star, I am more than willing to pay $20.00 for a burger I enjoy, but not when it is WRONG. Overall rating really a MINUS 1 Star.

I ordered Onion Rings (they were okay) and a Veggie Burger - horrible! Barely warm, flavorless and extremely mushy. My dining partner ordered only sweet potato fries and they were served on my plate and the onion rings in a separate basket. Kitchen help was upset when I asked that the sweet potato fries be placed in a separate basket as they were not mine, but the person with whom I was dining. Soda machine was having difficulties (as though it was struggling to push the CO2 through) and making a lot of unnecessary noise that no one was tending to (it was not busy, just ignored). On the way out a dirty napkin lay on the floor and one of the employees walked right by it (empty-handed, again, simply ignored). Dined there one time previous and was very busy - experience was okay, so thought wed give it another go. We did and will not go back!

I love this place. The options for your burger are great. They offer regular beef, American Kobe, Buffalo & Elk. You can also put your burgers on a pretzel bun! Although they dont have as many toppings as the one in Orlando does (or at least used to) there is still a good selection. The service was extremely fast and everything was cooked great. There is also a small game room on the side, but bring quarters or dollars; there is no change machine. There is also a sign for free wifi, but my phone couldnt connect to it for some reason.

Overall a nice burger place. Pretty clean, staff seems nice from the short interchanges at the counters, and the burgers Ive had were good quality, not overcooked, and pretty good flavor. I really like the self-serve condiments bars, too. Very nice touch, there. But while the food is good, I feel the price is just a bit much for a few burgers. You can go with a regular cheeseburger and it tips the scales by a feather for me. Again, the burgers have been pretty good, but at the end of the day, the ones here are just burgers.

The food was PERFECT. Ive visited Fuddruckers up north, but no where did I see food this exceptional. Their strawberry cream soda was quite weird, but in an interestingly good way. The burgers are massive and are obviously quality meat, I almost felt bad for eating them. Just dont ask for medium rare burgers, they tend to under cook just a tad under what you ask for.

Excellent beverage dispenser, try the Fanta orange with peach flavor, its awesome! They give U a vibrating flashing pager when your food is ready for pick up. The hamburgers are HUGE! YUMmy! Seriously, only get the burger, wedge fries and drink, trust me, thats ALL U will need between 2 people, trust me. Enjoy yourself folks!

Just got a burger 10 mins ago 1/30/17 , the burboun w/ blue chz med rare, everything piping hot and cooked to perfection, im a restaurant gm so I appreciate good food, also the front of house was very clean, visit often as i live right around the corner and will keep coming back

Have visited twice and burgers were overcooked both times. Not sure why they ask you how you want your burger cooked, if they will I always cook it well done regardless. On the plus side, they have an amazing toppings bar and really yummy milk shakes.

Great atmosphere for quality burgers. They have a mean chicken sandwich, and the booths all seem extra wide for family and friends. A little on the pricy side, but fair for the quantity of food you get with your order.

Have loved this place for years. We used to go to the locations in the D.C. area and were really excited when we found out one was coming to Fort Myers. Lots of selection for burgers and a fun atmosphere.

The employees there treat you like Family the manager is stupendous the service is great food is awesome if you dont go in there and try that experience you will never find a restaurant like that
