I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who went there with her sister for lunch a few months ago. What happened has left such a bad taste in her mouth that she made me write this. My mom and aunt went for lunch planning to buy 2 steak meals but when the server only brought out a quarter loaf of bread for both of them they asked for more. The server told them that is all that was allowed and that they should speak to the manager about that. All he had to do was to diffuse the problem by bringing out some more bread but instead he wanted to get the manager involved. The manager made no effort in resolving the problem, instead he decided to defend the waiter. To make a long story short, instead of making sure two long time customers were happy the waiter and manager decided 2 more slices of bread was more important than their business but more importantly their returning business. They went to Outback instead and enjoyed all the bread they wanted and deserved.

Ive been to longhorn before always a great place to dine in, food and service is always great! Unfortunately this is the first time we come to this longhorn off Cleveland. I called in, in the morning since it was Mothers Day to see if I can call ahead for seating the person on the phone named Amber said " to call back at least an hr before". So I did later on that day. Amber answered again but this time she told me they were not taking seating over phone or phone orders to go, managers orders. Reason is because they were very busy due to the holiday. So we arrive about 40 mins later we honestly waited about 20-30 mins for seating which is okay. We understand they are busy. Crazy thing is we were the only family of 6 plus a baby who were waiting. We were asked many times if our name was on the list smh

The server Juan was amazing!! The appetizers were good. All of our steaks were absolutely disgusting. Who flattens out a ribeye to cook it well. It takes five minutes to cook but we waited 20. My guess is; theses steaks are poor quality so they over season them with some spicy rub. That makes you feel dehydrated and wanting to drink anything you can get your hands on. How can you possibly screw up a baked potato. Waiting time was about an hour which is probably the same amount of time I will spend on the toilet this evening. Horrible food will never go back. Please call the heath department something is not right here. Eat at your own risk!!!

Meh. Im not that picky. My ribeye was good. My waitress was pleasant and prompt. The floor was SUPER SLIPPERY even under my table. Feet were sliding all over. Table was greasy. I had to wipe it down. The staff kept SLAMMING the back door, really loudly. My salad was just an assault on vegetables everywhere. White lettuce in HUGE chunks, very runny dressing plopped all over it and the tomato were suspect as to their freshness. The baked potato didnt seem cooked enough and fyi they put everything on top. Its not exactly cheap to go out and have a lack luster experience at about $25 a person. Im so over Longhorn.

Essen war wie immer lecker und die Steaks auf den Punkt getroffen. Wir hatten auch einen 5$ Coupon für Dinner. Dieser wurde anstandslos angenommen. Bedienung war nett und freundlich und hat ohne nachfragen schon den Refill vorbei gebracht.

Met a girlfriend for lunch at Longhorn before attending a Moody Blues concert in Ft. Myers. We had a good meal but it was just okay; nothing special. I had a cheeseburger and she had a salad and a steak sandwich (I think). But I do remember that neither of us raved over the food. Now sometimes a cheesburger can be really special, but this was not. When I go back to Ft. Myers again, Ill ask her to pick a different place since there are so many.

Our waiter charlie was excellent!! Best server we have had in a long time ... The calamari was the best we have had around here and we eat calamari every time we go out. I ordered lamb and it came out raw .. had to send it back .. but when it came back it was amazing .. the steak my husband got wasnt very tender but it had a good flavor. Over all good experience .. I would have given 3 stars but bc of Charlie Im giving an extra star..

Tried ordering online, couldnt change my subsitute when I tried to call ended up calling to place order lady kept getting order wrong I haf her triple check to make sure they had it correct and ended up forgetting a whole dinner. Spoke with manager who Didnt do anything but add a rush when I got there. Wont be coming to this location TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT CARE IF THE SERVICE IS BAD!! LOST A RETURNING CUSTOMER!!!

Called ahead and was informed that it would be a 25-30 minute wait: we arrive after 30 minutes and are told (as the host did mention on the phone for the call ahead) that we actually would have to wait 1hr+ because larger parties had walked in (even though we called ahead). Abridged: Seemingly defeats the reason to call ahead when you are trying to avoid the wait because larger parties have walked in (we were a party of three).

They get 1 star for being open. The bar was filthy and the floors were so slippery / greasy !!! Be careful walking around!! I ordered the steak Caesar salad and it was thrown together and a mess in the bowl, dust for croutons and soaking wet pieces of lettuce at the bottom of the bowl.. The steak was freezer burnt and not worth the up charge!! Do yourself a favor and go to Duffys Sports bar across the parking lot!!

Was placing a to go order online and was basically done before it canceled my order because it turned to 9pm... Called the restaurant to see if they would take my order. Was told there is no to go orders after 9 even though it was 9:02... Spoke with a manager who aslo said no, but that I could come to the restaurant order my food, wait, and then take it to go. Thanks for nothing.

Die Qualität, der Geschmack und der Garpunkt des Fleisches ist der Wahnsinn! Für Fleischesser sehr empfehlenswert....der Kartoffelbrei ist ebenfalls ein Geschmackserlebnis!

The food was amazing! Steak was not too dry, food was on point! The service was also great, we had the most sweetest hostess and server. The mushrooms we ordered as appetizers were given to us a bit later amd was ate with the entrees... they were on the house though that is a plus! Dessert was also very good! Would recommend!!!

Party of 10 celebrated together and had dinner. Jennifer our server was excellent and attentive throughout dinner and additional staff helped make the occasion very enjoyable. Food was prepared well and to order and was good quality. Everyone on staff friendly and professional in manner. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I ordered the ribeye as usual. Over 60 to 70 percent of it was tough. (Never happened before). The baked potato was undercooked / hard inside. The lobster tail smelled & tasted very fishy, again never happened before. Service was great. What happened Longhorn? You WERE my favorite steakhouse.
