I sad to see how a restaurant with a lot of potential is going down the hill ; today I took my daughter for a breakfast and a server with a name Kawanya showed up to my table with a really poor attitude to serve us , basically seems very miserable asked us what can i get you drink ?, no hello , no smile , she was very nasty with us . I dont know what was her problem but obviously is not mine , immediately the question do you want to know what do you want ? I answered we would like to share a combo so my daughter would have the new tiramizu pancakes and i will have the egg , ham and hashbrown. She gave me the classic attitude look and told me that i would only received 2 pancakes wich I think was enough for my daughter . I told her I know thats all we want , she came with the coffe a minutes later with my egg and hash brown that feels that was frozen the only thing cook was the eggs and cold , the ham they just put it in the flat grill for two seconds and there you go . you can tell no pride in the kitchen for what they are doing it, I was with my daughter I didnt want to make a escene in front of her but even her was unconfortable with that server , I dont think I would come back to the restaurant , I dont deserve that treatment.

Time on Your Hands, Hop over to IHOP... Not sure why most restaurants do not make their cleaning/bus crew to clean the seats. They seem to clean the tables but leave visible trash and grease marks on the seats. After waiting a while for our table, we were finally seated! When we arrived at the table, I asked our, God’s gift to the world, hostess to please give me a towel so I could clean the grease marks I spotted on the seats. With a true Orlando area attitude, she says, "its called water and they use it to clean tables." So I strike back with a double negative, “this ain’t no water maam; this looks like grease; as in 1978 movie featuring John Travolta. You need to put your hand on it and check it yourself. I do know the difference between the two substances." She was, half way, smart enough to realize not to keep arguing her point with a customer with "Exhibit A" on his fingers. Food is OK, staff attitude is appalling, and service…hit and miss. Pancakes were decent. Scrambled eggs, coffee, and hash browns were like any other breakfast place. We had a polite server but, each time she left our table, it was as if we were looking for a black cat in a coal cellar. I had to send my kid twice to chase her down.

There is a particular server that is discourteous and does not care about his customers. I do not have his name unfortunately. He is slender and has his head shaved. Last time we were there he sat us on a dirty table. We asked to be moved to a clean table and this caused an issue for him. We had to leave because he could not decide wether if he wanted to service our table or not because we asked to be moved to a clean table. On other occasion we visited my husband asked this same server for a recommendation he just said "do not eat here". Hire people that likes the brand and the product being offered and that wants to have contact with people. That would make a big difference. We definitely arent coming back.

Came with a party of seven. My sister had ordered potato soup with NO CHEESE. Well, there was cheese. Simple mistake. Thats fine. However, my sister is lactose intolerant (excuse any misspellings), and the lady litetally went to the back, scooped it out and mixed what shd couldnt get back into the soup. Came out saying it was a new bowl and my sister found cheese still in it. She didnt want to say anything, but apprently my 5 year old nephew did. As he said it, she dropped my eggs (accidently) and also i had ordered white toast, not wheat. I will not be coming back unless we have our regular waitress, toni. Not pleasent

I cant understand that for every time we have gone in...whether busy or not the wait staff is always "lost" - it becomes a hunt to find them. There was once last year where no one was up front - no waitress came back and I decided to just get up and go. I went all the way outside - did not pay. Stood there and waited. Nada. I finally went back in and suddenly there was someone at the podium asking how many would be dining. HA! I asked to see the manager. Explained what had transpired and my views on their overall diligence and the issues of lazy. The restaurant at that time was deader than door nails.

This place has been in continual decline in customer service for awhile now. I tried to place a take out order over the phone but after 4 phone calls and constant ringing no one had answered. I decided to drive over because I figured they may be busy which is understandable. However when I walked in there were only 10 patrons there. When I confronted the server Angel on the issue he was unapologetic and refused to acknowledge the problem. There are better breakfast options around the area than this place. Dont give them your time or money they arent worth it.

Called this IHOP for a take out order and I was left on hold with the phone put down while the employees argued about who was going to my order, the one that picked up the phone apparently had clock out so he was "off the clock" every one he asked was apparently "too busy" one person said he didnt know how, the other had a "large" order to put together, well after 8 mins of back and forth some one finally just picked up the phone and HUNG IT UP! Great service IHOP very much appreciated.

I used their carryout services many times, the quality of the food is very good, and I have never been disappointed. I have also dined in found the same great quality and service. I also appreciate the discounts they offer regularly on carryouts. Love their cherry bread which they offer seasonally.sorry this posted for wrong restaurant should be Bob Evans. I have eaten at Ihop and they are good but not as good as Bob Evans. I rate Ihop as 3.5.

I eat at this location at least twice a month with my mother after her doctor appointments. The servers are always very nice and you can tell that they are genuinely happy to see their "regulars". The food is what you would expect and is reasonably priced. There are a LOT of seniors who come here and I honestly believe its because of the friendliness of the staff.

Wow, after the comments we read we were skeptical but really wanted the stuffed crepes! Service was Awesome and so was the food! Our server Ms. Julia was warm and engaging, I usually get great service wherever I go though, you get what you receive is my philosophy. I have run into crappy service in my lifetime, but NOT HERE!

The service was inefficient. The dining room was fairly full and would have benifited from a manager assisting. The food was slightly below average Ihop. We had the appetizer sampler and the cheese sticks were carelessly stuck together and onion rings underdone. I wont be hurrying back to this location.
