I dont really understand how they operate....I used to love this place. Whenever I decide to try them again I have to order 3 hours in advance and hope they arrive in time. Once I called after 3hrs and was told other location managers had to come help, last time I order before tonight my pizza took 2hrs, was only a cheese pizza verses what I ordered. I called to let them know and immediately got an attitude. I explained that it was their error and they said well they will send it out again, it came just over an hour later, yes it took over 3 hrs for one pizza. Today I decided to try them again as we were having a family dinner, Ordered at 5:15 pm, both the online time estimate and the manager (I called to verify time) said it would take 90 mins. I see 90 mins as 1.5 hrs I called them at 7:30 pm trying to find out where my pizza was. They claimed to have system issues and I was very understanding and they said the drivers were out delivering everything and our pizza should be here. I asked when and they couldnt answer, I was just told to call back. It was 7:35 pm when I hung up, my wife called 7:55 as it still wasnt here, instead of helping they argued the fact of the call times stating she spoke to me only a minute of two before my wifes call, i was sitting next to her and could her how rude they were. We asked for a refund and they are stating they could not guarantee a refund??? So they are charging us, not delivering, and not maybe we will get a refund?

Awful, awful, awful, AWFUL. I typically order online, and some times I have to call in to adjust my order... well, the guy that typically works register/phones, hes incredibly unpleasant to talk to. Attitude, and a "I really dont want to be here" personality. Its unbearable having to call and talk to him. One of my carry out orders for a personal pan pizza was INSIDE the bag. Its the only place Ive enjoyed eating from lately because I enjoy their dairy free options of pizza, due to dairy allergy. I made an order tonight, March 1st, 2017. Not only were they 35 minutes late when I live 3 minutes away, but they were full of exuses as to why they were so late. "Were busy" "the pizza took a really long time to cook" firstly, Ive called and had to add another pizza on top of a large pizza to my order and it STILL arrive before its original time. So the "it took to long to cook" for 1 pizza and 1 cookie is bs. It was busy line? Was said by the cashier. The driver said they were "uhhh... about medium busy" wtf does that even mean? this place is a joke, and Ill be taking my business to dominos instead. Oh yeah, the late pizza that was delivered, the seasoned beef tasted rotten. So, that was the icing on the cake once I finally reheated my food.

rude counter staff the manager believes its OK for his employees to ignore there customers. I came in on a Friday evening with my husband and 3 children woman at the counter ignored us we finally sat ourselfs she walked by our table 3 times after being ignored and waiting 20 min. we went home the next day i called the manager he didnt apologize he defended the employee stating that she was tired from the dinner rush and didnt have time for dinner guest. i let that slide we didnt eat there for few months. last we we attempted to order food to called to place the order we were hung up on 4 times im done ill never be back! the woman is a heavy set older woman . it sounded like younger guy answering the phone u should really restaff the location such a shame you can get any good customer service. you should remind your employees that people who dine in and order take out make there pay checks possible !

This is the only location that will deliver to our apartment, so we had used it for the reason only even though the delivery is always at least 20 minutes late, and they screw up often. Today was the worst though. I had delivery scheduled for 1215. I get a call at 1 saying they have no drivers so I can pick it up. I asked how long its been ready and the worker said a half hour. I stated I should have gotten a call a little sooner than that, and he HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called back and spoke to a manager and she cancelled my order, not offering anything for the horrible customer service I experienced. I guess we will be just picking up our order from the better location on Tylersville from now on.

Do not. I repeat. Do NOT order from this place. Every single review here is accurate. Attempt 1 at delivery: waited two hours for delivery, only for the manager to call at midnight after everywhere else closed to tell me the driver isnt coming, and offered me no store credit or anything at all. Attempt 2: I have been sitting here waiting for another two hours, as the manager called me and told me that the driver got in a fender bender and that it would take another hour to get my food. I seriously suggest against getting your dinner from this location. Go with another restaurant.

Have used this location primarily for take out and order online. It always feels like its a hassle for them to wait on us, when they are out of stock (which is often) of an item they dont call you even though they have your phone number, they just dont prepare your order until you show up or call about your delivery. Also the pizza quality isnt very good. It usually looks like someone just threw your toppings in the center of the pizza and cooked it. Will be changing pizza companies as of today, I will no longer pay to be treated like crap.

Ordered pizza at 7:13. Got an email confirmation that it would be delivered at 7:52. I called at 8:05 to see if the driver was lost. I was told they are on a 2 hour delay for delivery but it would be there in 20 minutes. It has now been 40 MORE minutes and it is not here yet. When I called the 2nd time the same person said it is out for delivery should be here any minute. That was 10 MORE minutes ago. Too many other pizza options in Mason to ever order from this store again.

After waiting over an hour for a big order. Food showed up, no sauces for the wings or bread sticks. Called them, very very rude guy on the phone. I explained I wanted the order remade. Since by the time the bring sauces, the wings and bread sticks would be cold. They refused to do it. 40 minutes later, delivery guy showed up, still didnt bring ranch dressing. This is the most unsatisfied service Ive ever experienced. Never will I order from pizza hut again.

Pizza took an hour and a half to arrive and was wrong and something was missing. I asked them to bring the correct order and two hours later, the other item was missing again! Also, by phone, they do not deliver to my house but online is no issue. The woman on the phone was really rude when I insisted I was in her system. Thats not important though, since I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
