So, I called at 8pm and ordered a pizza and boneless wings(since they ran out of bone-in). They said itd be ready in 45 min. I called at 9:25pm to follow up on the status. The employee was clueless and said we never called. How would I have known that you ran out of bone-in wings if I didnt call and order some earlier? I requested to speak to the manager. It look 10 minutes for a manager to get on the phone. Im sure she was taking her time so that she wouldnt get in trouble with her manager. Eventually the manager gets on the phone and starts to say that they came to my house to deliver the pizza. My family room is next to the front door, no one ever came. Then he said that he got the wrong phone number and that I called last night to order a pizza and that it was a prank. First of all, I didnt call for a pizza last night and secondly, how dare you accuse someone of something they didnt even do. Admit you were wrong and fix the problem. These people are unbelievable. I have half a mind to call Pizza Hut HQ to place an complaint. Literally the worst customer service ever!!!!

Its ridiculous this Pizza Hut wont deliver to my address thats not even 6 miles away, youre losing business. Its not my fault the other two locations closed down. Horrible, the manager allowed it once before, atleast she cares about customers. Now when I call the girl says "were not supposed to."

Okay most of.the time but lit of times where the mess up the orders or tell you something stupid like I couldnt get hand tossed bread BC of the rectangle pan pizza but they gave me to normal pizza sucks getting close to being like grqmmas pizza
