Friday night, who wants to cook? So we thought we’d try the new hand-tossed pizza crust with “cheese and toppings right to the edge” that they have been advertising on TV, in fliers, on line and on their boxes. I called and asked if it was true; do you really put the toppings to the edge on the new hand-tossed pizzas. She said “yes, they look great”. I was told it would be 20 minutes so after a bit I headed for out for my pie. I got there and had to wait another twenty minutes for my order. They were busy, but I understood because I used to own a restaurant. When I got home, I opened the box and found the pizza wasn’t as advertised and promised (see the photo). Is this what you would you call that “cheese and toppings to the edge”? I called back and asked to speak to manager about my order. I was told they were very busy and she would have to call me back within 30 minutes. I gave them my name and number and stated what the problem was. So I waited, and waited, and an hour and twenty minutes went by all this time without eating the pizza which was cold and drying up. Finally, I had to call back myself. This time I talked to the night manager, Danielle, who said she didn’t have my name or number, although I had give them to the person on the phone the first time, and this information was on my receipt. Danielle didn’t say she was sorry for the situation but said they would make me a new pizza, and I could come and pick it up. I let her know that this was unacceptable it was almost 10:00 pm and I was in my night clothes. That I had already been out once on this cold and rainy night, and that I wanted it delivered. She said that it could be delivered, but I had to pay the delivery charge of about $3.00. I said this too would not work and wanted to have the name of the franchise owner. She was totally rude, argumentative and unprofessional; she NEVER apologized, and lied about not having my information. She said I could talk to the general manger the following night after 6:00 p.m. Now, I am forced to follow through with this on my own. I plan on going to the Pizza Hut on South Cedar Street in Lansing, MI and demand some type of resolution to this false advertising and bad-mannered employee.

I ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago from the S. Cedar location in Lansing, MI via the Pizza Hut website, which projected a 45minute waiting time. An hour and 45min later I called the store asking if they ever received the order. A guy who said he was a supervisor said they were very busy and that the pizza was en route and would be at my house shortly. We waited another 30 minutes before calling the store back. I spoke to the same guy who told me the exact same thing. About 10min later the delivery girl called me, completely lost. She asked me to walk her through the directions, which I did, and she still could not figure out how to find my house. I had to stand at the end of my driveway and wave my arms over my head for her to see. I still tipped her, Im not mean. But when we opened up the pizza box, several toppings were missing and (shocker) it was cold. I mean, not even room temperature. So I called the store for a third time, and spoke to the same supervisor who offered to remake and resend out a new pizza, but that "itll probably take a long time to get back out there." No kidding. I asked him if there was anything else they could do, and he said he could put a credit on my account, attached to my phone number, which could go toward a future order. I said that would be appreciated and hung up. Now, today I called to verify that the credit was there and to place an order for tonight. They said I had a $5 credit. I realize I probably should have asked that original supervisor what exactly a "credit" entailed, but seeing as the alternative was a whole pizza being remade, I assumed the credit would be the equivalent to that. Especially considering that we waited over 2 hours for a cold pizza. By the way, we live within 2 miles of the store. So $5 ought to cover all that, right? Sorry, South Cedar Pizza Hut. You suck at customer service and your pizzas arent even that great. Taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Terrible customer service. Weve been ordering from here for years without a problem until a few months ago. They keep messing up our order, forgetting items, etc. and will only put a credit on our account. This last time though, I ordered a pizza from their specials and asked the guy taking our order multiple times if we could use more than one coupon (the $10 coupon for taking their survey and a free breadstick coupon) to which he said yea, no problem and we just had to show them when we got there. My husband comes home after picking them up and to our surprise none of the coupons came off the bill. I called back to talk to a manager, was on hold for 15 minutes and was told nope, they cant do that. I told her how the guy who took our order had reassured me several times we could and she said there was nothing she could do but put a $5 credit on our account again and then HUNG UP on me. I get it, youre busy, but Im still a customer. I had to call back and wait to speak to her again. I dont think well ever go back to this location, its a headache everytime.

On 14 Fab 2017 I went to this Pizza hut at around 8:00 Pm in the evening , they offered me two medium size Pizza for $14 and even I signed on the bill for $14 + Tip , later when I checked my credit card bills , they changed me $28 instead of $14. Also they gave me Pizza which looked like it was prepared long back because we could see the onions and other toppings was very dull and looked like they were there for hours on the Pizza , It didnt worth my money and later they deducted double money from my credit card. I also called them to correct the bill or refund it , they let me waited for 10 min over the phone and guy said his manager will be coming and talk to me, I am still waiting and writing my reviews , now it is already 11 minutes and I am still waiting for somebody to pick phone and talk to me. I hope it is going to be long , ohh lady just picked the phone and said she know what I am talking about , she will refund me the cash if I go there again , I will again have to drive for 14 mile to get my cash back. So it looked like they already knew that.

Wow - Horrible service... same as some of the others. Ordered online, got the confirmation. Went into the store and they said "Oh.. its almost done!" Sat there for 10 more minutes while one worker was chatting on his cellphone, and a few others were panning around with the security cameras laughing at customers. Finally I get someone to talk and they cannot find my order now... gone..like it never existed.., they try and call another store.. nothing. I bring up my cellphone show them the email and they said it must be a glitch now. So Im tired and they put in the order again. Meanwhile I hear no other than 3 complaints from customers. One was classic. On the board was a Monday special (this being monday..) The people finally decide to take the special and the worker says it was from last Monday and erases it.. then precedes to berate the customer and argues while the rest of the lackeys in the back laugh it up. Never will I go there again.
