I read the reviews and almost did not order. But, as they are the only ones who serve the dish I wanted, I bit the bullet. I do not regret it at all. I ordered the crab rangoon and the boneless ribs with honey. It was fantastic. The rangoon filling was delicious, and the wrapper was thin and crisp. Not thick and hard like many other restaurants in the area. The ribs were fantastic, and the pork fried rice was delicious. I cant say about the reported poor delivery service, but the food is delicious. Its a short drive from wherever you are, just run out and get it. Its worth it. Ive tried First Wok, China Wok, and this will be my go to restaurant from now on.

Ordered food online for delivery. I get a call 10 minutes later saying I live too far away. I very politely said I live 3 miles away and asked if they had the correct address. He then yelled "it 4 1/2 mile not 3 mile! For this drive it will take hour and a half! And then He Hung on me. I called back to cancel the order and was told again very Rudely that the card was already charged so no refund and again was hung up on. It was the worst customer service Ive ever had. Completely disrespectful. Avoid this restaurant unless you like to be talked to like youre a piece trash. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Myself and my little girls ordered take out from here Sunday night and about two hours later all three of us were violently ill. The other two members of our family who did not eat the food did not get sick (so no stomach bug) and the three of us got sick within five minutes of each other. I have never been so sick in my life and either have my children. We called to inform them in hopes to avoid anyone else getting sick and the woman started yelling at us. I have called the health department on them and filed a complaint. DO NOT eat here.

Food was horrible. Delivery was pretty fast, online ordering worked very smoothly, but the food was almost all bad. The shrimp may have been rotten- tasted terrible and kind of disintegrated in my mouth. The szechuan dish I ordered literally tasted like it was just meat and vegetables in ketchup. Yes, ketchup. I will say it was the best crab rangoon Ive ever tasted, and the hot and sour soup and chicken rice soup was pretty delicious. But that didnt even begin to make up for the terrible entrees.

My boyfriend and I have ordered from them at least 4 or 5 times and have never had any problems. Delivery can be slow, so I prefer to do carry out. However, when we have done delivery the drivers have always been friendly. We have both tried many different items on the menu and everythings been really good so far! My advice to Dragon City; Its not that youre trying to be rude on the phone but it sometimes comes off like that. Maybe have a friendlier tone. Other than, keep doing what youre doing!

After waiting an 1 hr and min for my online order I decided I was to hungry to wait any longer so I called do cancel my order. The thing is I was simply "ok bye". Confused and rather pissed I called back and said I wanted to cancel again to only get the same. surprisingly the order did show up but I was already cooking by then. I refused to pay and apologized for no one telling him I canceled the order. He told me to not order again and he wasnt coming back.. I definitely aint ordering again.

worst chinese place in Cincinnati, we ordered about 80 dollars worth of food for delivery only for them to tell us it would take 45 minutes, which was fine....We recieved our food two hours later and it was cold. and was not good in taste. I called to ask the guy for some kind of discount and he laughed at me and said " Do you want the food or not." I told him its ten at night and we ordered at 724pm. We are a business and we will never order again.

Ordered for delivery after 45 minutes we called to see where our order was the woman said the delivery driver had left and itll be here soon. At 1 hour we called back she said she would call the driver and call us back. Almost an hour and a half after we ordered we called and the woman said she couldnt get a hold of the driver so she didnt know what to tell us, Worst customer service I have ever had. Will never order from them again.

The place is fairly nice, me and a few friends went here in hopes to find a new Chinese place and were considering it here, however, it just doesnt have the charm we would want. The Decor is nice, the service was less then great, and the food was pretty good. Lets just say I wouldnt recommend spending your last dollar on this place, but if you have some extra time and want to be more adventurous try this place out.

I ordered Orange chicken out tasted horrible I called in to complain and the young man on the phone told me he will not do anything about it. And when I told him he had horrible customer service and asked for his name and manager he proceeded to tell me that they are not an American resteraunt so I can not expect good customer service. Had a lot of Schitty Wok in my time and Dragon City easily the worst. Ive ordered twice from here - pork fried rice, orange chk, szechuan pork - and the smell both times has been rancid. And i mean that literally. I dont ask for much in cheap chinese but meat so old you cant cook the rancid smell out of it is the llimit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a regular smegular small vegetable fried rice with SHRIMP ADDED, only to get home open my container and theres only 2 [TWO] pieces of shrimp throughout THE WHOLE container. When I called the guy argued with me and then wanted to credit my NEXT purchase.. SORRY there wont be a next purchase

I have ordered from them on three different occasions, and never had a problem. Sometimes they can be a bit slow. But otherwise the food is good, and the services is what I expect from a quick chinese take out. Standard chinese take out fare. AND THEY DELIVER!!!!! Cant go wrong in my opinion!

I ordered the mongolian chicken with extra mongolian sauce on the side. The food was very bland the only part of my dinner that had flavor was the onions. I also ordered crab rangoons which were ok. It was very easy to order online but I will not be ordering from Dragon City ever again.

A half hour after I ordered my food I called for an update and was told it was on the way. Over 45 minutes later my food finally arrived. He went to the wrong address and asked for cash when I had already paid online with a card. Needless to say my food was cold and I was not happy

Yeah. Heed the warnings of others here. Our experience was exactly the same. Food took about an hour and a half to arrive, and my wife got food poisoning from it. This place used to be alright, at least you didnt have to worry about it getting you sick. Stay away.
