Totally unprofessional staff, food is over-priced, and the service is slow. We first asked to speak with the manager about our dissatisfaction he rudely told us that the restaurant had been packed all night (which it hadnt) and said the food would be coming out soon. We waited for more than an hour and asked to talk to the owner. When the owner came to our table he as well was acting extremely unprofessional. He asked us almost sarcastically if he could offer us something for free and we kindly asked him to take a bottle of wine off the tab. His response was "nah" in an extremely rude tone of voice and he proceeded to walk away and go back into the kitchen. He then stayed in the kitchen and kept staring down one of the members of our table. The owner and this guest then got into a verbal altercation, the owner telling the guest he could "look wherever he wanted to." As we were leaving the manager kept shaking his head at us and whispering to his co-workers. The bottle of wine was not taken off of our tab and our check came out to be over $200 for mediocre food and TERRIBLE service. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again and I advise you to do the same.

Horrible first and last impression. My coworkers and I ordered our food and picked it up before going back to the office. All the food smelled amazing and it looked like they came in pretty big containers so we were expecting there to be more than there was.. Two of us ordered Chicken Parmigiana off the lunch menu which comes with noodles. All I could smell was pure vinegar when I opened up the container. WHY in the world would you put vinegar on this and not even mention it on the menu? The combination between flavors is awful. And despite being in a fairly large container... There isnt much there at all. There was virtually no sauce. I guess they compensated with vinegar? Another coworker ordered Chicken Alfredo. The entire dish tasted like it had been cooked a few days ago, was left in the fridge and reheated before being placed in the bag. Honestly, I was expecting better considering the stars but this is just an awful experience. We wont be ordering from here again. We threw away the coupons they gave us.

The girl on the phone was ride when she took my order. And she was rude in person. Even rolled her eyes. When I got my calzone home the dough was raw. Completely uncooked and cold. I checked the whole thing cause I thought maybe its just that one spot. But it was the whole thing. Maybe this is just a bad day for them but this experience will make me never return. Waste of money!!

Best italian restaurant around. Though the food is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it! The servers are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious! If youre looking for an Italian restaurant with great service and a friendly staff this place is right for you. Be sure to try the tiramisu, its amazing! (also the hosts are some of the best around)

Just ate here for the first time last night. What a fantastic place. One of the best Italian meals Ive had in a long time. The service was great, the food was fresh and amazing, and dessert was awesome. Try the Italian cheesecake. Its light and fluffy, not heavy, and has a lemon zest to it. A perfect compliment to a perfect restaurant. This is my new favorite place.

Really good place to eat... if anyone says differently they r lying.. I love the food n the service. They have the best pepperoni large cheese pizza Ive ever had!!! They also have really good soups... There fish is amazing!!! I like the grilled grouper. I also love the fact that their right around the corner from my house.

I just visited Mona Lisa for the first time today. I was just grabbing something to go, and chose the hot Italian Hero sub. I was greeted almost immediately and had a menu in my hand within the minute I arrived. The staff were helpful and nice, and the sandwich was fantastic. Ill definitely be back for more.

Decent pasta. Caesar leaves something to be desired. Calzone had too much ricotta cheese and the dough was overly sweet. In my opinion overpriced for the quality of food. It is worth a try to decide for yourself though because it isnt terrible. Maybe we just fought them on a bad couple of days.

Best Italian meal I have ever had! Great service as well. The Risotto balls were out of this world and the Pasta Pomodoro was unsurpassed. Our waitress, Janet, was warm and helpful ("eat the rice balls while they are hot"); really made us feel at home!

The food here is decent. I prefer OTP, their sister restaurant down behind the Chase bank near 400. The food is good and the atmosphere is basic Italian. Warning: They dont serve lasagna if youre a basic Italian food lover...

The owner is sleezy, always is saying something negative about his customers. I have gotten sick from their food before. The bartender is a jerk who is rude. Food is over priced. Save yourself the hassel go somewhere else.

Mona Lisa is a friendly neighborhood restaurant. The service is timely and attentive I love their NY style pizza. Their salads and pasta dishes are fresh and good. I also like their Chicken Marsala.

2 hours for dinner at valentines day had an appointment and had to Waite 30 minutes to be seated. Sorry this isnt acceptable . When I chose my desert I found out it was gone.
