We stopped at the Marengo, Ohio location on September 4, 2015 at 7:10 p.m.and grabbed a bite to eat at the Arbys there. The young man at the register and the gentleman expediting the food (I think he might have been the manager) were EXTREMELY friendly! We were so very pleased with their service! And even though they were completely swamped, they were courteous, and the service was very fast. I hope they see this review because they both deserve a gigantic pat on the back! I only wish I would have written down their names so I could write to Arbys directly. Its a thankless job and Im sure they dont hear the good stuff enough. So, great job guys! I wish all my public experiences were this pleasant and easy. Keep up the great work!

Small lot..maybe about 30 spaces so minus 1 star. Showers are small but number 4 is for disabled so a little bigger. However the shower curtain is full of mildew/mold. Minus 2 more stars. Is this a health violation? Gross! See pics. I mean really, its only like 5 bucks at a rite aid to buy a new curtain...if you get this shower, dont touch the curtain with your body, something may grow on you. Other than that, if you come early you may get a spot and if you like Arbys then youll be okay.

wasnt offered a shower, nobody cleaned up the 4 ft wide puddle while I was washing my feet and legs, I got a bag for my shoes. Isnt this a federal violation????. I have a liver disease and the chemicals and gas CAN kill me. Then I have to wash my feet and legs in a FILTHY restroom. What kinda lazy people do you hire? and who is suposed to keep the pumps working properly?????

Unlike the lazy person that posted the other comment this pilot is good. Your supposed to watch your pumps so that was your fault, you have to clean your own spills so your lazy, and you dont get offered showers you earn them with your pay back card. I hate people that complain especally when they screw up and blame it on other people.

Clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Fuel prices no different than at other Pilots in the mid Ohio area. Limited parking for trucks so get here early

I like all pop ultra for the fuel prices. Its not very often that I find another national chain truck stop that has lower diesel prices than them.
