Ive been to this location twice, no matter what time it is, my experiences with customer service have always been positive. This Popeyes location would get 5th star from me, however towards the end of the day they run out of a lot of their menu items. One night I went through the drive through and ask they had left was spicy chicken, no mild at all. Another instance they were out of wings along with a number of sides. My chief recommendation to the management is to gain better control of their inventory to meet what is obviously high demand. The food is prepared well, the employees are pleasant and motivated, they just cant keep a full menu in stock throughout the day.

Ive stopped going to this location years ago. However, my boyfriend went last night. There was limited food left which he had to wait a long time to get. When he gets home the chicken he ordered wasnt even in the box! We tried to call but no one answered the phone. Of all the things for a chicken restaurant to forget, the chicken? Really?! Thats absolutely ridiculous especially considering he had to repeat his order multiple times and it wasnt that complicated!

Second time coming here in a month came on June 9 at 1020pm service was rude they didnt even get my order right 3 piece combo with green beans no green beans my niece want a kids meal the wouldnt let me order at window I had to pull back around an get back in line to order a kids meal when I got her meal we order mac and cheese we got mashed potatoes I they was not that busy so they all must of have been high

Great food. The wait can be insane when its rush hour. I think at times they cant keep up with varied menu items and often notice more people standing around waiting for the back end people to throw food so the others can serve it. Ultimately, certain items when desired, are worth the wait. The recent change in menu items have drawn me back and I like that this location is easily accessible from the main drag.

very bad service drive extra miles and go to a different location. my shrimp pboy was cold and shrimps were chewy not crispy sh3told me to wait in parking waiting almost 14 minutes at one point I thought they forgot about my order. last she came to me without being apologetic asked me what was my order and handed over to me with an attitude of take your order and leave us alone. lol never going back there

The service at this place is horrible. I was the drive thru line for almost 20 mins. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me. The employees did not even acknowledge my existence while waiting. Cant even remember if the food was any good because of the time spent waiting. Will probably never come back here again.

Love the food! Sometimes the menu item is a disappointing experience. Got the wings once and they were tiny... too tiny to fill a person. The fish pieces also are small. My chicken breast appeared to include a neck or backbone. But the red beans and rice are great

I would say this was a complete surprise. Traveling for my company I do not expect much when eating fast food chains, but this one was so good and consistent I have to give it 5 stars. This has been the best chicken place ive discovered so far in Columbus.

Service always seems slow here. They are fixing a drain in the parking lot so watch out for that. The guy that took my order was great but when I pulled up to the window.... well, a little.... brash. Food was good. Exactly what I expected.

Food is normally fresh long wait in line but dont ask for 3 legs in the 3 piece meal you have just asked them to part the sea ! I dont think Ive ever been there that they have 3 legs available at one time
