I visited a few days ago and the 2 young ladies were very nice. They both contributed to my happy day. But I just went last night and they were rude (different people of course) they down sized my drink and it was horrible... if I go back it will be during day so I can catch the manager with the blue hair and the other nice employee... I wish I knew their names otherwise Id mention them... Everyone just had bad attitudes this evening..

Ordered simple meals and waited 30 minutes. Turns out the kids in the back (who were on their phones) thought it was a drive through order and didnt think to ask why there was no car for it. Then the kids asked if we would like it reheated. The only good experience was that the manager told them to remake it completely and refunded us. Thank you to the manager but these kids need to learn some work ethic.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a strawberry sundae with extra strawberries. When I got home and opened the bag its covered with nuts. Im allergic to nuts, if there was a couple in there...no problem....I would simply scoop them out. But it seems like someone went into Nut Overload and Im just going to toss it out. I tried calling them but theres no answer, so my money is totally wasted.

Bad attitude by employees. Girl who took order doesnt have understanding of cross contamination and attitude kept her from asking manager. ...instead, just refused to accommodate. Wanted chocolate cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. Then ordered 2 meals....had to wait 10 minutes in drive thru parking. No big deal but they werent busy. Too much drama among employees from what I could tell.

Got a chicken basket with regular bread not toasted no sauce. Also ordered medium chocolate peanut butter milkshake they gave me Reeses blizzard. Went back in to get what I ordered I think they were on some sort of drug because I had to keep telling them what I ordered for a few minutes. But the food was good and hot in the end just terrible customer service/ employees.

The place was busy, which is to be expected on a hot summer evening, but the wait for as many employees as were visible was a little unexpected. As a tip, when you ask for a small vanilla cone but put in a cup, expect a cone with ice cream placed ice cream-first into a bowl. Its not a bad thing, just not what we expected. =)

Nice service team But very Busy and Slow. Our Order was wrong having multiple kids plus two adults just trying to grave your favorite summer time food on the way home only to have cold, fries and sandwiches not made correct. But we will give them another shot.

Bad service.. Waited for 10 minutes and 2 sandwiches later they finally got my burger made correctly.. The bottom bun still had the same consistency as a marshmallow from the grease and butter etc.. Ended up going to Wendys down the road much better decision.

This dairy queen is a family favorite in Reynoldsburg. Partly because its the only one around. The service is slow no matter what the actual rush looks like. I guess it takes a little longer to perfect good ice cream, because Ive never had a bad experience.

I asked for a cookie dough blizzard with chocolate ice cream and cone dipped topping mixed in. Probably not something they get often, but frustrating that DQ has to charge you extra for the cone dipped topping mixed in. Why?

Service is always speedy and they have Nerds as a blizzard flavor. Geography I live between two DQ locations, this one and the one in Pickerington. This location is by far the better of the two for service.

They got my order wrong ordered a blizzard in the drive thru and they tried to give me a cake at the window. They were able to fix it so not sure if its just the speaker not working or what.

Probably the slowest DQ in town. If youre looking to get your food in a timely manner Id suggest going elsewhere. Great food after I waited 45min for a $5 box though.

Dont go around 30 minutes before they close or when they first open. Apparently the employees lack customer service skills at those times. Very rude!
