Not even give this Taco Bell a one-star I was there this afternoon I ordered two chalupas nachos and cheese and my friend got something I dont know what but my two chalupas they were so hard they was not edible at all. I think the store should check their products before they put it out chalupas are supposed to be soft with a slight little crunch and these was stale extremely hard had I not been halfway down the interstate I would have came back and gave it back to to them. And besides that there was only one car at ahead of us a small order it look like it took a long time for them to get our order ready this was in the drive thru.

Have stopped here twice on my way home from work and after getting blocked into the drive through (a car in front and behind me with no space to turn around) was told it would be a 20 minute wait. TWICE at this same location! Service is always slow here, but 20 minutes for tacos is crazy! From reading the other reviews doesnt sound like this is a one off. Hopefully someone from corporate sees these and is addressing whatever the issues are thats causing this.

You guys are the worst. My 6 year old son requests we never go to your taco bell again. I had a SIMPLE order. Four crunchy tacos, normal. Two soft tacos, no lettuce. My crunchy tacos had no cheese and our soft tacos had extra lettuce. We also had to wait 15 minutes to obtain our food. We will not return and will advice traveling friends to not stop at your establishment.

how you screw up an order at a TacoBell is beyond me. Service is beyond slow and the food is horrible. I spoke with someone who used to work there and they said that theyve seen people put bodily fluids (I wont go into specifics) into the beans and the white sauce... I will NEVER go there again. Seriously go across the street to the Subway instead.

Long wait isnt uncommon and the food is often sloppy. They gave us nachos that were literally crumbles... Of which was corrected, but I hate to complain and there arent many options so your limited to sub par service. Corporate needs to pay attention to this store and offer their employees professional development!

Worst taco Bell Ive ever been to, spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive through, got to the window paid only to wait another 5 minutes, while waiting I looked in to the prep area and saw how filthy it was, looked like the place has never been cleaned, got my food and it had absolutely no meat on it

Slowest taco Bell on the planet. I pulled up, to order some.. Tacos! The girl said it would be a 20+ minute wait.. There were two cars in front of me, and NO ONE inside. Absolutely ridiculous. It would be faster to drive to 36/37 and back rather than wait here. And thats no joke!

Worst taco bell I have ever visited. 3 of the dumbest people working in existance. There were 4 cars in the drive thru and 3 people inside, and they were telling the drive thru it would be a 20 minute wait for freaking taco bell. Avoid at all costs....

Food and service was good! Restaurant definitely needed a clean up. None of the tables were clean and the drink bar was very dirty. I would eat here out of convenience but if there was another restaurant or Taco Bell near me, I would go there first.

They are extremely skimpy with the lettuce and cheese. The number 6 is chicken chalupa but when you get it its beef. When you tell them you actually want chicken they try to charge you extra.
