FIRST OFF, BASED ON YOUR REPLY, I AM CLEARLY IN YOUR DELIVERY ZONE AND TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THAT. DELIVERY ZONE IS YOUR GO TO OFFENSE OF BEING A RUDE OWNER WITH A RUDE CREW AND BAD SERVICE. SO PLEASE REPLY TO THAT WITH AN ORIGINAL RESPONSE. ALSO, HOW WOULD YOU KNOW ME WHEN YOU DO NOTHING EXCEPT BRING IN TINY AMOUNTS OF MONEY, SEND OUT YOUR UNDERPAID DELIVERERS (WHO ARE OKAY) AND THEN WHEN UPSET OVER ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HARRASS ME. GET A REALITY CHECK DUDE. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The owner, I think his name is Richard, is extremely rude. Hes a con-artist and you can tell by how he runs his business. This guys associates in management wont keep this horrible business alive. Go ahead and give your same old reply, but the fact is is that almost half of your reviews are about the horribly rude customer service. Owner even harassed my phone. May press charges. Avoid at all costs

Wasted my time, even after checking their delivery area. I placed an order through their site. Since it was my first time as a customer, I checked the delivery area. It states "along Haywood rd". Im not even 2 minutes off Haywood road near state street. The stated perimeters include places much further than I am that are a much longer drive. The call I received said "we dont deliver there" If you lived 3 blocks off haywood and a delivery area said "along haywood, what would you think? Also, notice how the owner is on here being rude. I bet its somehow my fault. Wish Id have seen that before so I wouldnt have bothered. Im also only writing this because Im clearly not the first.

Munchies has replaced my forgotten cigarettes or beer-run with quick and friendly service. I get off of work at 12am and I walk three miles home only to realize I forgot beer or a snack? Done. Late night craving for ice-cream? Mission accomplished, and I barely have time to find something to watch on Netflix before theyre at my door. I miss my doorbell being rung? No problem, they just kept my order until they made sure I was there and had it out before I knew it. Ive been using these guys since they started and I cant believe no one thought of this before now! From my experience Asheville Munchies is doing it right.

The owner and his wife were incredibly rude to me and said they didnt deliver to my address. After I told them they had several times they finally just said they were too busy to deliver to me. They literally screamed at me. Have never had such poor customer service before in my life.

I work 3rd shift at a hotel in downtown Asheville an Aville Munchies has saved the night more than once after the local pizza places have closed if i want something different! Awesome guys who support local businesses.
