In the beginning, I enjoyed Cottage Inn Pizza. It seemed to be a more local experience than a chain pizza place. The first few pizzas I ordered were good. Their garlic cream cheese is amazing! Their breadsticks or Inn Sticks are good and the Everything breadsticks are also good. I previously ordered their boneless wings without breading with the Teriyaki sauce. They were edible. I would not order them again. The sauce is on the side and it seems like they took chicken and cut it into cubes and ran it through their oven. Nothing special. I have ordered from Cottage Inn Pizza several times recently and did not have the same good experience as before. I ordered delivery and not only was one out of three items that I ordered forgotten, the pizza was also raw and doughy. It was definitely not a pleasant experience after a long day of work. They did make it right by crediting the two items and also the delivery charge. I still left a great delivery tip. The gentleman was nice even though he did not double check my order before leaving. I decided to give them another chance this week and use the credit that was on my account. I ordered a "gormet" salad for $4.99 which was extremely small. The quality of the salad was good. I ordered breaded, fried wings this time - they looked good on the menu. The wings were very small, there was very little meat on them. While the breading had a good flavor, they were definitely not worth the $9.99 for 14 wings. This time I ordered the garlic parmesan sauce. It was okay, however, the experience with wings shaken in sauce vs. being dipped is much different. The flavor was quite overwhelming. I do recommend Cottage Inn for their large pizzas - not their individual small sizes as they did not cook them correctly - I also recommend their breadsticks and garlic cream cheese. You may have better luck picking the items up at the location vs. delivery. I also had difficulty when placing my order the most recent time. The individual made me repeat everything over and over again. His english was acceptable, he just was not paying attention to what I was saying. I do not recommend the wings - they are overpriced and undersatisfying.

Cottage Inn Pizza Hilliard, Ohio – Cemetary Road Found paper baked in between the crust and the cheese of the pizza! We were sure it was paper because it had writing on it. Called the store to speak to the manager. Now, being pizza enthusiasts, we understand that mistakes will be made (especially when the entire staff seems to be composed of kids who were not in any sort of uniform and barely looked legal working age). However, the kid who answered the phone acted semi-professionally and seemed concerned. We could hear him voicing this concern to the manager in the background. The manager picked up the phone and proceeded to try to convince us that whatever issue we were having was a result of the new method corporate uses in the production of the pizzas. So, Cottage Inn Pizzas are now assembled in their entirety at an offsite corporate factory and then shipped off to the stores to be reheated, absolving the franchise owners from any accountability??? We order ordered pizza from this Cottage Inn all the time and have never had an issue like this before. We simply wanted an explanation and a new, paperless pizza. The manager started screaming and yelling saying it was “not [their] problem” and that “we can do whatever we want.” He then hung up. Needless to say, we certainly did not expect to be met with hostility and screamed at. This one event may have ruined Cottage Inn for us, forever.

well usually the pizza is amazing, but not today. We ordered a taco pizza but I dont think they understand the concept of TACO. First they dont even have sour cream at the restaurant, I mean come on people you make a taco pizza but dont have sour cream, smdh. So they call us and inform us about the lack of sour cream, we say okay well instead of substituting that for the ranch well take hot sauce, well they have hot sauce but want us to pay 75 cents for it. So run my credit card again for pennies, I think not. I dont want the ranch, I want hot sauce. Okay so I get over this, then its delivered to the office, its cold for starters, the crust is hard as can be, and we are expecting a tacoish flavor, yeah no taco here. So I am deeply dissatisfied with the whole process, and in turn my office will not be ordering from them no longer which is sad because I do (did) enjoy the other pizza. I know this is long but I am however the customer relations/review specialist here at my office, so this is what I do.

I have always enjoyed their food and they have a great variety of sandwiches and sides besides their pizza. My only advice is to pick up your food vs. delivery. I am not sure if it is their online ordering process or management issues, my 4-5 times of delivery service has produced a forgotten item or I have received the wrong item (sauce, dressing, etc.) each time. I dont believe it should be the customers responsibility to call and confirm each item ordered to ensure you receive the right items. This calls for a better focus on their customer service procedures. Again, great food and selections and you should be happy as long as you pick up vs. having your order delivered.

Very disappointed in their customer service. My team was having a celebration today and we went online to order pizzas. Due to their system error, the pizza was ordered without pepperoni. When I called to confirm I was advised it was too late to change it so I asked for it to be canceled. After I said that, they said they can put pepperoni on it. Thats exactly what they did! Put cold pepperoni on a hot cheese pizza! They should have just cancelled it if they were not going to do it right! When we expressed our concerns we were hung up on by someone who claims to be the owner! My coworkers and I will never order from them again! TACKY!

This is my first time writing a review, despite the fact that I read them before buying amost anything. This meal was horrible enough that I figured it was time to say something. I order pizza 2-3 times a week, its a running joke with my friends, and this was by far the worst pizza I have EVER had. A tomato paste sauce, cheap mozzerela, chewy dough and burnt cheese on the crust pretty much sums it up. This goes right onto my list of things that you couldnt pay me to eat...I think I will place it right behind sauerkraut and humus.

I worked here and was never paid. I have contacted the Wage and Hour Division of The Department of Labor and filed a formal complaint. Mak, the owner, has even lied to The Department of Labor and said I never worked there...this is after telling them I was already paid (which was also a lie). These people are extremely dishonest and their kitchen is unbelievably filthy. I will now be suing them in civil court for unpaid wages, plus damages. I would strongly urge people to eat elsewhere.

If you are ever in town I recommend you go to this pizza parlor!! The customer service their is outstanding!! They treat you right and make sure you are more than satisfied by the time you leave. We had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and oven roasted wings with spicy garlic and we can honestly say we have never had anything like it! Honestly it was the best pizza we have ever had and the spicy garlic is mouth watering
