We ordered a large pizza, 25 wings and potato skins for a large group, almost $70 worth of food. After roughly 20 minutes, I called in to make sure they had received the order, since we ordered with a third party app and Ive had issues with those apps handing the order off the the restaurant. I fully expected it to be cooking still, but as long as the order was in correctly I was happy. The woman on the phone took my info, my order, and placed me on hold to check for several minutes. She came back and told me my food should be on its way soon, which was very quick and I was pleased. An hour later, we still have no food, so I call back, and Im informed that my order was never confirmed or made, even though I received a successful confirmation email for the order and was told by an employee that our order was confirmed and being made. The manager, or whoever acted like the manager, could be heard berating me in the background before he ever took the phone, clearly blaming me without any knowledge of the event. He took the phone, and repeatedly blamed me and the third party app for them not receiving my order. Even when I told him I called in to confirm they had received the order, and his own employee told me they had it, he continued to blame everyone else for the mistake. Had the woman I spoke with done her job and due diligence, we would have found out much earlier that my order was never placed, but instead I was lied to and then cursed at by the manager when I called back to get the issue resolved. After listening to him yell at me for a while, we tried to get them to just forget about it and send us the food, for full price, as we were more hungry than upset at this point. The "manager" then quickly devolved into what could only be described as a spiteful teenager, telling us "your homeboy needs to shut the f*** up" before going on a rant that basically said we as the customer are always wrong, nothing was his fault, and if we wanted our food we "can come down to 3rd St and make it yourself". All of this was after we STILL attempted to get the food sent out and resolve it in a professional manner, but the manager of this restaurant clearly wanted to let us know exactly how upset he was at us for his mistake. I will never order from this restaurant again after the way I was treated, and I will actively make sure others know of my experience and avoid it as well. UPDATE: The response from the owner paints a picture of a victim, but his actions speak for themselves. This review is a truthful and accurate representation of what occurred, with multiple witnesses. I am far from "impossible to please" all I wanted was an apology and my food, and instead I was yelled at and blamed for mistakes the restaurant made. I hope the owner learns some humility and starts taking ownership of his actions instead of blaming the customer.

I decided to try this place because I am always looking for a great tasting pizza I grew up in Northeast Ohio and I am used to Authentic Italian pizza however, when I moved to Central Ohio I had to adjust to how pizza is made in Columbus moving on to my review I was really looking forward to trying this place out because it received a lot of five stars and great reviews unfortunately I will be one of the first to only give it three stars the main reason I did not enjoy this pizza is because the cheese on the pizza was provolone cheese there wasnt even a blend of a little mozzarella. My final score of 3 stars instead of 2 stars because they dice the peppers and onions and the pepperoni taste fresh and the crust was thin of course but decent but I really could not enjoy the pizza because the cheese was too overwhelming (salty) I did order extra cheese maybe in the future I may try it again without extra cheese but I usually order extra cheese on my pizza because its never enough at most places here in Columbus that I have eaten and I did not have the over powering experience like I did with this pizza to finalize my review if you prefer mozzarella cheese on your pizza like I do you may not enjoy this pizza but they have other entrees that I may try in the future.

If I could leave a review without rating I would have because they do not even deserve 1 star. After reading some of the good reviews I decided I would go ahead and order from this company. What I failed to do was to read all the reviews as Ive seen some extremely bad reviews and even worse responses from the owner when I decieded to leave me review! I ordered for my family two pizzas 3 orders of wings and some dessert. I guess we may have miscalculated the sizes for the pizzas. So I called to get a bigger size or a full refund as I also wasnt satisfied with their wings which didnt have any sauce as I ordered. I wasnt even able to let the "owner" know about that part as I was being cut over and talked over the whole time. Saying I wouldnt get any refund and would be banned from ordering. The owner was very rude and arrogant not compensating at all. I have no problem with spending money for great for and even greater customer service. However I would not be scrutinized as a consumer. What is sad is that people will still buy from this company. They clearly take no ownership when a customer isnt satisfied and instead of trying to way to the bottom of the problem they become arguentive. No need to respond to this just do better.

Having recently moved to Ohio and based off reviews, we ordered from OH Pizza and Brew. I like that Luke spends time to review and comment, it shows that he cares about his business. We chose a couple XL pizzas: a meatlovers and a pepperoni both to go. There is no fountain, so canned sodas were the only option(my daughter was with me), and Pepsi products at that(little jab for the Coke fans). There were some beers available, but the closest to a hefeweizen was Blue Moon so I opted out. On the first bite, I could tell they use good cheese. Its not overloaded but definitely plentiful. The toppings were good as well and adequately dispensed. It was cooked properly, and not burnt. The dough was nothing special, though there was seasoing. I cant recall where but Ive had similar. About Little Caesars thickness but slightly better quality, but without the rich doughy breadlike quality of thicker or deep dish pizzas. All in all they were a couple of good pizzas. Well go there again, the only thing slowing us down being a lack of any specials running(where I come from there are always 2 large or extra-large specials for families and the like).

Ok, so its New Years Eve and I just got done working. I am hungry. I decide I want some wings. I Google what Im hungry for, and WAHLAH, up pops your store. All the reviews are very impressive and I love that the owner responds to them. Anyway, I decide to give you a try, I call and put in my order which includes not only 10 Cajun wings but also a "little" salad, an order of your pretzel bites and an order of your deep fried OREOS, cause theres nothing better than a bit of sweetness after some dinner. I have eaten only 2 of the wings and Im BLOWN away!!!! They are tender and moist and the flavor is AWESOME! There are enough pretzel bites for 3 or 4 people! The OREOS are to die for! Now the "little" salad is big enough for 2 and that too is awesome. I DEFINITELY got my moneys worth! To sum it all up everything is very good! I will most certainly be back and my family and I will be trying your pizza next and if it is anything like what Ive already had we will be "LIFERS" of Oh Pizza and Brew! Thank you for an excellent meal and wonderful workers!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES! I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND OHS!
