Update: I called Pizza Huts corporate customer service line the day after I ordered my pizzas and although they said they couldnt give me any compensation they would have the store manager call me. She called me the next morning and after talking with her about how the guarantee was still on Pizza Huts website and my first two hand tossed pizzas did not have any seasoning I was finally given credit for a free pizza. While I am glad they eventually lived up to their guarantee, if you have a problem with this location do not expect for them to fix it without a call to corporate followed by more arguing with them and wasted time. Since Pizza Hut launched their new and "improved" hand tossed pizza and was promising a replacement guarantee if you do not like it, I was excited to try it from our local Pizza Hut even though Ive had bad experiences here before, one being having my pizza given away and having to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot for them to make me another one. Although I swore I would never go back, I did and the two new hand tossed pizzas we ordered had no seasoning on the crust whatsoever and tasted like generic pizza dough. Dissatisfied, I ordered another hand tossed pizza which I assumed would be free. When I got there to pick up my pizza and told them Im trying to take advantage of their guarantee they told me that it has ended and is only good on a pizza with a different crust than the new hand tossed one. The shift manager called a higher up manager and she refused to provide me with a credit to my phone number, which is all they offer you when you have a dispute with them. When I told them I didnt want the pizza they threatened to call 911 on me so I begrudgingly paid them. The replacement pizza was better than the two original ones since it had butter on the crust and a slight amount of seasoning but it failed to live up to their advertisements and had no special flavor that would ever get me to purchase another one. I guess a few dollars of credit is worth more to them than a customer and I will never purchase anything from another Pizza Hut location again. Pizza Huts new hand tossed pizza is a complete disappointment that will hopefully decrease their customer base and get them to realize that customer service and taste should come before profits and pushing false guarantees and new but weakened versions of their products onto customers.

Walked in this evening to place a take out order. Cashier is chatting with another customer about their children. Goes on for minutes, I get a menu to look at. In the meantime another customer walked in to pick up her order. She is being completely ignored. After I make some eye contact, not even "are you ready to order" is being asked. She keeps talking with the other customer about her kids etc. I put the menu back and went to Papa Johns that is about 150 feet away and order 3 large pizzas. When I pull out, I see that the lady who was there to pick up an order is finally helped. Very poor experience.

Pizza hut...you use to be my very favorite. I loved you and deeply cared for you, but you always took way to long to get ready just for one pizza. I cant wait over an hour. When you tried to kill me with broken hard plastic in my noodles that was the end. Im sorry it had to end like this...ill go to dominos

Disgusting place, wait time says 15 mins when u place an order online, when u get there its 30 to 35 min wait, was a long nasty hair in my pasta and they never give me my bread sticks with the pasta, its like a playground for the employees, will never waste my money at this nasty place again.

Told it would be 30 minutes. Took 40 minutes to get the wrong pizza. They put the order back in the heater and left out the bread sticks. I hate cold food and wanted it fresh. Had to ask for my money back and we left and went next door to papa johns. Order was ready in 15 minutes and correct.

Ordered pizza delivery was for 930 we called at 10 he stated they messed up and forgot but that the driver was leaving now. 30 minutes later we got the pizza with a sorry were backed up. Of course pizza was cold being an hour late. Very dissapointed wont be ordering from here again.

Went there lastnight for my daughters birthday dinner we was the only ones in their and you can the employees have friends come by talking hanging out and the workers kids running around crying on the floor and acting a fool i didnt know they opened a daycare

Very rude. Most ignorant and unprofessional service. Was a customer on several occasions but not any longer. They refused to deliver because I didnt "Tip" enough. Would not recommend at all. They dont take care of their customers, and their ratings show it.
