This restaurant has the most incompetent workers I have ever witnessed at any place of business. It takes 30 minutes to even get some mumbling illiterate jug head who was never been taught the proper English language to answer the telephone, then since thats not painful enough, their customer service reaches a new all time low each time I am miserably forced to order there knowing with complete certainty they will enter the order in wrong before sending off a cold hideous pizza for an unimaginably untimely late delivery. Ive now decided to just get in my car to go pick up a fresh pizza @ papa johns, Marcos, or dominos so I can order from somebody that can actually spell IQ and now I feel Ive added 20 more years to my life because if it. This country is in serious trouble if ANY of the workers at Pizza Hut on west hill is ANY representation of our youth. Ordering there is like having a root canal without novocaine. PS. try opening your mouth when you speak. Its so much easier on the customer to hear!!!

Short review: carless staff about being clean and following basic rules beside a bad costumer service. The Story: i did online carryout order. i got there and I noticed the cook person was preparing the pizzas, grabbing the vegetables and meats without gloves. therefore, i did not tip at the check out, for the cashier basically skipped giving me my order and gave the person that came after me. She did not gave me my order until i asked her " isnt my order done?". It was on the table behind her since i came to the store.

If youre in Valdosta and wanting pizza, DO NOT GO TO PIZZA HUT ON WEST HILL!!! I rarely orde let from there bc they can NEVER get my order right and its always cold when it gets to me. I only order there bc its literally 5 minutes away from my home. Last night I ordered cinnamon sticks and a beef and bacon pizza. They got here AN HOUR later, the cinnamon sticks were so cold and old that the cinnamon was literally breaking up on top, the pizza was a meat lovers pizza. Smh they really need to do a lot better

Poor service. I order a pizza online. and it has now been 50 minutes now and I still havent gotten my pizza yet and I am only a mile from them. I called and the person that answered the phone was rude and said its not a guaranteed. It took them over 50 minutes to get me my pizza. and when I got it. It was barely warm at all. I had to heat up the pizza to make it hot again. I suggest to order somewhere else. I will be calling the gm to see if I can get my money back. Getting a cold pizza is not good

I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering. I made pizza for a living. These people do not know what they are doing. It is impossible to undercook a pizza if you have one shred of concern for the quality of the product you are producing. Our pizza had a cut that was a solid THREE INCHES from center. One inch, okay. Two inches, you need glasses. Three? Get off the landing and get in the dish pit where you might be qualified.

I RECENTLY ORDERED $30 WORTH OF FOOD FROM THIS PIZZA HUT THROUGH THE INTERNET, AND THE TIME THAT IS SAYS THAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED WAS 30 MIN. MORE. WHEN I CALLED THE STORE, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED COULDNT FIND MY ORDER AND WHEN I ASKED WAS A MANAGER IN SHE STATED " SHE IS HERE BUT SHE IS BUSY". THEY SHOULD MAKE EMPLOYEES TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE BECAUSE THIS WAS HORRIBLE. SO I AGREE 2 STEPS ABOVE CRAP!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever visited. There is always an issue with the order; they burn the breadsticks and pizzas, give you scrunched up cheese sticks, and take forever to complete your order. There is non-existent customer service and ownership for their mistakes. I would definitely not recommend anyone visiting this establishment. DONT waste your time and money on foolishness.

I have ordered pizza here for the 3rd and last time. They cannot get it right. All I ever really want is for it to be well done. The ONLY reason I order from them this time is because it is closest to where I live and they do not deliver where I live. NO MORE pizza hut here. Had to cook it some more when we got it home. Dont understand what is sooooo hard about well done.

Horribly disorganized and dirty. The workers are incompetent. I was handed a carry out pizza and the lady at the counter just walked away. I had to stand there yelling "hello?" to figure out if anyone is going to make me pay. Oh. And the place is a sty. I felt gross being in there, the smell hit me as soon as I walked in the doors

First of all when you walk in the door it stunk. The manager was arguing with me about my cookie wasnt burnt. My kids wouldnt eat it because it was like eating a cracker. What joke. They wont have to worry about me me ever going back. Marcos for now on. Wish you could rate them with no stars.

Watched an employee wash a dirty glass out in the sink for a customer without washing her hands fully and bring water to a customer dining in... this was all while waiting over 15 minutes for food that should have already been ready when I got there... not the first time this has happened.

Called to order a delivery pizza 45 mins before they closed.......pizza never showed up. Called back and was told that the call was prob taken by the call center and did not send the order thru..........wow!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!

I have ordered 2 times now in the past month and been disappointed with the pizza. last time took 55 minutes to deliver 2 miles away. ill stick with papa johns, their pizza is worth waiting for if I have to.
