Very unhelpful. Must have new management . Asked to deliver (5miles) and they said I was not in the system and they wouldnt go that far out. Funny how 6 months ago I ordered delivery from the same location and they said they would add my address to the system so they would make future deliveries here, and they sent a very sweet driver to my house. I am willing to bet many of the locations "in the system" are farther than coming to my house! Just lost a big order tonight !

My company was trying to order Pizza to be delivered, a Pizza Hut employee had dropped off information, so we were going by what he had given us. The manager was very rude, telling us she had never heard of us and did not and would not deliver to our location. ( we are really only about 4 miles from them.) She told us to call another location, which we did... she was calling them about us as we called. Not something we will repeat.

We stopped ordering from Pizza Hut after waiting almost an hour for pizza that looked as if it has been tossed upside down and flipped back over. We called the store immediately. We were offered new pizza but would have to wait another 45+ minutes or pizza in the future. I declined both and requested a refund. We now order from Papa Johns and have never had any trouble.

Horrible service! Tried several times to give them chances. My Pizza has been incorrectly made, delivered folded in half, and had a hole in the bottom where the scraped it out of the pan. You would think they wouldnt serve something that they wouldnt want to eat themselves..

If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried to get a gift card as a donation to raise money for St. Baldricks and they flat out said they dont do that. Wow, way to support the community and child cancer research/treatments! You will NO LONGER get our business! !!!

Very rude staff. Horrible service. Won t deliver 7 miles away. Will NEVER order from this location. Please Reconsider Management positions, Maybe Someone that is actually qualified to manage a business would be helpful...

The worst pizza. We ordered stuffed crust and these cheese was melted so much it easy in the crust anymore. The pizza was dry and nasty and i ordered medium buffalo wings which had hardly no sauce on them.
