worse service I have ever experienced. Not just 1 time, but many times in 2017. I love the pizza hut food, so I keep thinking the manager will wake up and fix things. But, Friday 5-19-2017 was their last chance. We sat in a booth for 30 minutes before the server came to wait our table. We ordered immediately. At 40 minutes I asked another staff if I could "PLEASE get the sweet tea my wife and I ordered". At 1 hour I received my food. Had to go back to the counter to ask for a refill, several people waiting to pickup orders and all complaining about how long they have been waiting. FIRE all managers, Hire good people.

Ordered online for carryout and got there to pick it up and there was a bunch of people waiting at the counter for their orders. When I asked how long it would be before my order was ready the lady went back to check and several minutes later came back and said about 10 minutes. Some people had already been waiting an hour so I had little faith in believing her. Told her to forget about it and left. This makes the third time this Pizza Hut has given sub par service.

Worst service I think Ive ever had. Completely non-existent. Had to go and beg for drinks, and forget a refill. The one server would walk away so as not to have to work. Pizza was ok, but they wont have to worry about me coming back. Still waiting on a box and my bill. Oh, we finally got the server to our table and I asked for tea. The response, you want it to go.

I called and got a foreign call center. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a pasta. Was told it would be about 15 minutes. 40 minutes later after Ive been waiting in line for 10 minutes Im told it will be another 10 minutes before my order is ready. I told them to keep it. A total waste of my time!

Terrible service. After our order was taken, the server came back 10 mins. later and asked what we ordered. Then she went and put it in. How do you stay in business. Stay away from this store. 1. No lemon for our water 2. No salad 3. No wings 4. Dirty tables and dirty floors.

Absolutely terrible. People were waiting for their pick up orders and told they didnt know whos was whos and that it would be an hour for them to figure it out. My family wanted to dine in and were told it would be an hour and a half...absolutely ridiculous!

Everytime I go to this Pizza Hut, they are extremely slow. They always mess up my order. They provided me with a credit and then said I have never even been to the restaurant. I know I have. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to.

Food is as good as you would expect from Pizza Hut, its the service thats the problem. Each time we have tried to get something from there they are either out of something or they take an extremely long time getting it together.

Worst pizza hut Ive ever been to. They cut pizza worse than a child could. I work at a different pizza hut and I couldve made my whole order better than they did. The management is terrible and its an awful restaurant.

At five twenty six I ordered a pizza at the econo lodge located less than a mile from the store. Estimated time of delivery was an hour and ten minutes. Bullshit
