The location on High St has been nothing but bad luck for about the past year. The last time (a week or so ago) I ordered it was over half an hour late, with no warning. When it arrived it was lukewarm. I had to call in to find out where it was and the manager seemed too busy to talk to me. The time before it was almost 45 minutes late when i called and they told me it wasnt even out of the oven. At that point I cancelled. When I wrote the store, on both occasions, they never even responded to apologize. Im really disappointed to think I wont order here again, when they first opened, they had such high quality and good service.

Very slow service. Placed an online order for pickup and I arrived 30 min later (the max time my confirmation email said it would take for it to be done) and waited around 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff to find that our pizza hadnt even been put in the oven yet. Left and came back another 30 minutes later after that and had to wait at the counter for another 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff once again. The pizza itself was alright, but its definitely overpriced for the slow service and small portions of toppings they give.

Heard pizza was good so decided to order it, and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes for pick up. We arrived in 20 minutes, paid, and were told from cashier it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later, we asked if it would be coming out soon and then we were told it wasnt even in the oven yet. Hmmm, so that means what, another 30 minutes? Very disappointed in service and they handled a busy crowd very poorly. Wont be going back considering there are many other great pizza places on campus that wont lie to you about your pizza being done!

The guy on the phone and / or the people who made their website are not very bright. I technically live outside of their delivery zone but other people who live in the same apartment complex are inside the delivery zone. I asked for it to be delivered and they said they couldnt and then I said that I would meet the driver on the other side of the complex he told me they couldnt do that. It reminded me of a Seinfeld episode involving a Chinese delivery place. I will not order from here.

We ordered through GrubHub and ended up calling twice to check on the order. The first time we were told it would be here in six minutes. Half an hour later we were told the same thing. The food finally showed up more than two hours after ordering and everything was cold. Maybe its our fault for ordering wings from a pizza place but the boneless wings werent really wings, more like chicken bites with dipping sauce. The cheesy bread might have been good if only it wasnt cold.

Although the food is OK, this pizza shop failed to reimburse me for the items that I didnt receive and the time before that a delivery driver made a rude comment about how I didnt open the front door to my vast apartment complex for her, when i clearly wrote "call upon delivery" as a note on my order. If you enjoy not getting what youve paid for or being talked down to, call Cottage Inn Pizza!

If you can go buy a slice from the restaurant, Ill give you 100 dollars. They NEVER have slices even though they advertise it. Just to get you in there and then make you buy a full thing. They have a million excuses as to why they never have food, but theyre always completely empty. Seems like a place where they sell out every night would be busy, not a ghost town.

Very very rude. Asked for two water glasses and he kept pointing around the store saying "do you see a water fountain or a pop dispenser? No. We dont have it." Then I asked for a 12 inch pizza (medium) and he said they only have mediums lady. So I asked if I could just get the medium and he finally rang me up. Rude the entire time.

Ordered pizza. The taste wasnt bad and they were pretty quick with the delivery. The only issue I have is that they are VERY skimpy with their toppings. We literally got one pepperoni, one mushroom and one little sliver of an onion on each slice. I probably wont order again but I wouldnt say it isnt right for someone else.

Mediocre, cheap pizza chain. Not worth the price. Five bucks for two small slices of pizza is kind of a rip off. Some tables inside, but its all a counter operation. Uncomfortably hot indoors. Feels like fast food. Barely had any slices when we got there so we ended up standing around, waiting on the oven.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to pick up a pizza, my wife runs in to get it and you take forever to even acknowledge she is there. Oh yea probably bc your employee is out back telling me I cant park in your parking lot and to park at cvs. As the homeless guy snoozes away in you dining room wtf.

Ordered delivery... Said it would be here within 40 mins... An hour later, I call, Its apparently on its way... 40 mins later its still not here... In that time I could convince tommys pizza to deliver to me and itd still get here before I get my damn calzone... Smh

Waited an hour after ordering for them to call me and say they didnt have a driver. Suggested me to pick it up. Not sure what happened, but an hour is kind of long to let someone know youre cancelling on them.

Driver got lost, a small pizza and small salad cost $18. The guy on the phone never told us our total, and the pizza was cold when we got it. Salad was nothing but onions. Overall, wouldnt go there again.

My favorite place to get a quality deep dish pizza. I have trouble with a lot of grease and their pizza is not overly greasy. They also offer milkshakes, pizza by the slice, and gyros. I love this place!
