Worst experience ever, my daughter, husband and I saw in the windows that it was about half full as we approached the door. We were greeted by the hostess saying she would check to see if she had a table for us, really? Then when I told her that I did not want a booth, she tried to sit us at the first table inside the door, even with all of the other tables open. I told the hostess that I would rather be in the atmosphere of the bar than on the outside of the bar. Then, after copping an attitude, she told us to sit anywhere we wanted, if that was the case, why didnt she let us do that when we came in? Manager, Andrew, had nothing to say to make the situation better, even though he was right there hearing this. So after finally being seated and not waited on for a bit, we decided to leave that place, and it will be a while before I, or my family, considers a return to this restaurant. Really bad because we have been at this place before, not our first visit.

Horrible! Ordered through Doordash which I understand is a 3rd party vendor for them but received text at 12:39pm food was picked up and was delivered at at 1:20pm cold which I let Doordash know. In opening the food, the order was wrong. I received wings with no sauce so I checked my order on Doordash which had the medium sauce selected. I called the store to let them know and spoke to a manager. He immediately got defensive that not their problem it is Doordash. I explained I understand the lateness is on them but the food order is wrong in which he began to argue no way they check it at the door. Explained order is right on Doordash so communication between them is lacking and he then yelled again not their problem so I explained they made the food so it is their problem. He ended up hanging up on me. Unfortunately we frequent this establishment since we live and work with 5 minutes but we will now make Roosters our new home for wings!

Ive been here twice and both times the customer service was awful. The first time we waited a long time to get our order placed and it wasnt even busy. The second time it took 5-10 minutes for someone to seat us and the restaurant was almost empty. I saw only 5 tables with people. After we were seated it took someone 10 minutes to come ask for our drinks and it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks to us. 15 minutes passed and no one came back to get our order, after waiting 25 minutes we decided to leave and just walked out. Went next door to get food. Ill never come to this Bdubs again.

Im very upset with the service I had received tonight. I had a waitress name Lex who was very rude. I cannot explain how unprofessional she was. I was with my husband and 4 kids and all I heard was her using horrible language near my table and being disrespectful. She was using profanity and she wasnt on time at all. It took her about 20 minutes just to refill drinks. She stood by the fountain And just talked. There were times where she would disappear off the floor and we had to ask others for help. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We usually have wonderful service when we come here which is at least once or twice a month. This time we sat at the bar as we usually do but our server was terrible. She seemed to really hate her job she kept her back to the customers most of our visit. It took me to say something loud and rude before she even acknowledged us sitting at our seats. Will return just will request someone else if shes working.

The food was great but my service was the WORST ever. The kids who work at night possess no customer service skills. They told me my order would be ready to pick up in 30 mins but an hour later, Im still standing there waiting for my to go order. Then when it did come up, instead of bagging it the kids decided to show each other pics from their cell phones right in front of me. Just plain rude

We were initially enjoying our food after having it delivered from doordash. Then my wife found a chunk of plastic in her buffalo chicken sandwich as she bit down and proclaimed we will never eat food from there again. Piece of plastic appeared to be half of a plastic clamp from a bag of hamburger buns. Not the worst thing one could find but points to carelessness in the kitchen.

It started out as a 5 star but then they gave me boneless instead of bone in. Okay fine I am already home so I will just eat them. But then they tasted a little hard. They lost me though when the hummus they gave me was a day old. Didnt think to look until dinner was over. Overall like usual the sauce is why I will come back.

I eat here for lunch about once a week. I love the staff and I love the food (what can be better than wings cooked in lard?). Dont listen to the haters. Anyplace that gets really busy at lunch or dinner can have slow service sometimes, but theyre good people. I agree that the new wing ordering methods suck, though.

Ordered coffee and it was lukewarm...ok, its a wing place...ordered a rum and coke, it was nasty. Finally just got water. The wings were ok...hot at least...got 3 flavors, one a dry rub that had barely any rub. Service was good.

Every couple years I think that the food and service might be better than last time and I am proven wrong year after year. The service is always lacking and the chicken at this location tends to be dry and lacking sauce.

I get that I called late but was hungry. Do not do that. The lady that answered the phone was rude and saw she was a manager. The people where cold and I will never spend my money in there. Worse experience ever.

Went in there for the first time in a while. The food and service was superior! I was told that there was a management change as well. It is pretty clear that this Buffalo Wild Wings is the place to be!!!

The chicken was not crispy as promised. Service lacked warmth. Burger was decent with decent fries. Burger Patty took time for preparation. Its a sports bar. Loud and sporty ambience good for friends.

Great family place for dinner!! Everyone can catch a sports game or grab a game board and you can play trivia while the kids are playing tablet games! Kids eat for only $2 on Wednesdays!

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered 15 wings and were given 10. Not to mention the fact that the food was cold. Next time Im driving to Whitehall, I dont recommend this place.

Could not hear anything because the volume of a game was so loud you could not even make out what was being said, and it took 40 minutes to get our meal with a half empty place

Great food. Good service from wait staff, kitchen service has been slow. It took 45min for my food, 1.5 hours for my wifes, and my sauces didnt get to the table for 1.75 hours.
