Just moved to the area not long ago and got some coupons in the mail for a free sub and fries so i figured i would give it a try and come back with the last coupon for a free drink or whatever with purchuse of a sub if i liked it. Well the sub was great fries didnt hold to well for a togo but were still pretty good with the malt vinegar. Im still a maybe on coming back the Manager made me feel uncomfortable when she repremented the cashier who took my order and cashed me out right in front of me. I ended up apologizing for the mistake that was made because i felt bad that she did that right in front of a customer which is very unprofessional. If he did something wrong she could have just waited until he was done ringing me up and stepped aside with him to correct what happened. So his service was great but hers was horrible. On my ticket it says her name is Jacquelyn and his is Nicholas. So good job to him, but she needs to take a Manager course or something.

I dont think theres a single thing on the menu at this place that I dont love. The big thing about them is that basically everything comes from simple ingredients rather than frozen bagged prepared foods. The potatoes are cut and fried into fries (get lots of them). Their meats are sliced, their lemonade is made out of real lemons (get that too). The only drag is that the food is heavy. They fry the meats before putting them on the sub, which they later toast with cheese and it comes out almost as a whole other category of awesome. Read the ingredients before ordering. The names of the subs do not necessarily match what is traditional. The Club, for instance, has honey mustard (and Im shocked to say that its my favorite of their subs). Save room for the fries ... order a small sub.

Best sub place hands down. Try the fresh squeezed lemonade or the fresh hand cut french fries.the the only negative is if you ask for the sauce on the side be prepared to put them in a little plastic cups with Snap-On Lids but in a piece of tape and regardless literally I never make it out of the restaurant with those Cubs coming apart so everything the food theres amazing service amazing it be worth it for them spend an extra $0.02 or $0.05 to get better cups and she work for that

Disappointed, is all I can Say. When I first started coming here about 7 years ago. The portions were tremendous hardy meals. Now they skimp on everything and pay even more. My favorite was the pizza sub it was EXCELLENT NOW, THEY SKIMP ON SAUCE,TOPPINGS AND IT JUST WASNT WHAT IT USED TO BE. 15$ TOO! MIGHT AS WELL GO TO A REAL RESTAURANT FOR THAT PRICE.

I always have a Good experience here. Great hot food well worth the money. Theyre subs here are priced between $6.40 and $12.00 depending on the size but when that money here you know your getting fresh food. Unlike subway which sells all ready cooked and frozen. This place is a great place. I recommend to everyone that likes to eat.

Friendly service. Great tasting subs. I had the Philly cheese with mushrooms. Definitely recommend. My wife had the artichoke and chicken sub. She loved it. Then add the fresh cut fries and a drink. Was great. Ofor course you have to try a chocolate chunk cookie. I say this is a great place to eat!

love the food! but the service is BAD! Called in a phone order and was told it would be 10 to 15 mins, when I got there food was not ready and my phone order was lost! 40 mins later i was offered free fries and cookies and a small sorry! The order should of been for FREE... Very disappointed!

Good sandwiches, awesome fries. Friendly relaxed staff. Can get pricey when adding sides, drinks, cookies, etc. Id recommend calling ahead of youre in a hurry. The wait isnt bad, but every minute counts. Especially on your lunch break.

Great food! If you get a Togo they wait till you arrive to drop the fries so you always have hot better than McDonalds fries! A couple more dollars than subway but 20 times as good!

This place is awesome. Come here every week on Tuesday for FREE COOKIES! Great shop, great food, great people. Get the Cordon Bleu, my favorite. Fries are amazing too.
