Our server was Jessica R. She was working the bar which only had one lady who was also equally disappointed and angry at the server. We were never asked what salad we want or what dressing we had to bring it up to her and she basically chose for us. It took about 10 mins for her to take our order and then an additional 10 mins to get our bread which was a stale crumbly mess. Once we had our order placed her relatives and friends came in and she focused solely on them gettting them fresh bread and drinks immediately the lady at the bar left angry because her and I had to wave her away to get her help. Once we did get our food it was good but all we kept hearing was our serving telling her friends how some food wasnt fresh and how the soups are preportion and microwaved. The server continually played loud videos off her phone and then when she realized our drinks were out she had another server assist us. This was my husband and I first visit at this location and for $70.00 i would hope for better service or at least the quick friendly service with a manager visit that her friends got!

Thank you for the free appetizer today! I was fortunate enough to be able to get it to go. At the time, I didnt know that Id be able to make a fellow Veteran happy because of that option.... I was on my way home and saw an elderly gentleman walking(I see him quite often and have given him several rides before) so I stopped to see if he wanted a ride home. He graciously accepted and I asked him if he was a Veteran as well and he said yes, but he doesnt have transportation so he cant go far from home. I offered him the appetizer that I had received from your store and I cant even tell you how happy he was! It really made my day to be able to give to him, and all because of you! Thanks again from 2 happy Veterans!

I really would like to give a five star rating, but while the waiter, waitress, and greeter were quite nice the smell when I walked in was fowl to say the least. When I inquired about the smell I was told "oh thats a backed up drain, someone is coming to fix it soon. " I placed my order to go, I waited a short while until my food was ready and went home. While I enjoyed the food until midway when I discovered my VERY expensive shrimp had NOT been deveined!!! Now for a $10 meal, maybe Id let it slide, but a $30.00 meal, it is UNACCEPTABLE! The smell too is unacceptable at Red Lobster; Captain Ds perhaps, but NOT Red Lobster. Bad Form.

There was a time when you couldnt get me into a Red Lobster. The food, service and infrastructure crumbled. Today, Im here to tell you that I am a LobsterFest believer. Yes, its more expensive than most, but not for what you get. Yes, they still put popcorn shrimp on the pasta, which I think is fish food. But look at that picture and tell me that plate of food isnt with $30. It was delicious, the service at this location was excellent, and as some of the other reviewers have said: this place is modern and clean. We only came here because we had holiday gift cards to burn, but that made it even better. Well be back, gift cards or not!

I would like to thank the manager JM and staff at this location for their help. I called all the way from Canada with a special request to pay for my familys dinner and sing Happy Birthday to my Dad turning 70. They were more than helpful. Jm went out of his way to walk around the restaurant to find my family, sing my Dad Happy Birthday, and allowed me to pay for their dinner. Without being able to be there, it made this Birthday celebration very special for my family and I. I am forever grateful for the hospitality of this Red Lobster restaurant! Thank you Jm and staff! My family often dines there and I know we will be back soon!!!

This visit was the worst..problem resolved through mgt,however my Veteran was not pleased with this visit..Salad was not good service was great but when you come in ahead of time and explain to host please have a table ready this is his drink order ect hes disabled and 10 min later you tell him no tables ready and hes going to have to wait for you just got slammed?He was sitting by front door entire time smoking his cigarette my Veteran saw only 2 guests arrive..anyway new help ect.We get it..just please dont let happen again..

Terrible!. I went there on a Sunday with my family. After being seated I ordered the "the special" on the first very page of the menu. My order was Tilapia. Some ten minutes later the waiter comes back and advised they are all out of Tilapia. It was only 12:30, not like the end of a busy day. I then reordered and picked the other fish special, Grouper. The waiter tells me they were all out of that as well, I spoke with the manager who tried to say they just ran out. He was also clueless. We all ended up walking out.

Again like so many places they just dont understand the need for good service!!! All of the service staff this evening were excellant there was one waitress that had an attitude... all it did was magnified the fact the fact the crackers with the soup were stale after two attempts the staff said we cant do any better thats all they give us is stale crackers!!! The Greens in the salid were limp, the Lobster tail was rock hard. Management did try to step up and address the situation so I will give it a second try.

I was pretty disappointed when I ordered a salad with onions with my meal... and our server brought it out and said that he was told that it would take "ten minutes" for them to cut onions, and he told them that I likely wouldnt want to wait for it. Clearly someone in the back either didnt feel like cutting the onions or the server forgot and didnt want to go back for it. If I didnt want it, I wouldnt have asked. I might mention it to the manager before I leave, though they might not care either.

Dont expect the crab cakes they advertise on TV, those are huge hamburger size and what you get are Bob Evans sausage size. Dont get me wrong as they were very tasty just also very small. The steak was cooked very well and was tender,if not for the bait and switch on the crab cakes Id have given a 5 star, Red Lobster listen up, people DO NOT like being fooled, show your actual food,and your clientele will be more apt to leave better reviews.

The food was great, and the service was pretty alright too. The reason for me only giving 3 stars was when we were leaving, there were 3 or 4 employees still in uniform right outside the door smoking. Really?? If youre going to have employees smoke, have them do so out back. Not in front of the doors your customers walk in and out of. We had to walk through cigarette smoke and it was, quite frankly, absolutely disgusting.
