Lovely food and to top it off great customer service, the manager was very personable and took the time to come to our table and ask how we like the food. This is hard to come by at a fast food restaurant, I was very happy and delighted by the customer service. What I also noticed was that, because the manager was eager to provide best customer service his staff had the same attitude. This was a unique pleasant experience for me.

I came in and specifically stated i do NOT want any banana peppers on my sandwich and specifically only wanted mayo, onions, and mushrooms on my sandwich. I only have a thirty minute lunch break. I get to work TRUSTING them after a bad experience with the same place before and they had put honey mustard on it and banana peppers. completely ridiculous. I will NEVER eat at this one again. I will stick to the one in Lancaster.

Average at first now its even worse. Youre lucky if you get all your food at the same time and the staff is not very helpful or friendly. Ive tried to give them a chance. Everybody has a bad day, but this is consistently poor service. Screwed up my sandwich and instead of offering a coupon or free sandwich, they offered me free banana peppers. Really???

The shift manager, Christina, displayed courtesy in character and unexpected charity via x2 Complimentary 8" subs. My wife and I were returning from giving birth at the hospital and needing something more than the hospital rations. Thank you very much for your generous gift and...of course, the food was delicious so we will be returning.

Trying to prevent the bread from becoming soggy, I ordered my sub WITHOUT oil & vinegar. Got home, opened the wrapper, and thats exactly what I *did* get. An inedible mess. Threw the sandwich in the trash.

Fresh cut fries, fresh squeezed lemonade and great tasting fresh subs. This is one of my favorite sub places. The cheese steaks are some of the best around.
