I booked the luxury lounge at winners on March 7, 2015 for my mothers 80th birthday party, signed a contract as well as put a 100.00 deposit down on the room. I get a call from Traci, on March 24, 2015 to say that she was taking the room away from us because they are giving the May Weather fight there. She proclaimed that they did not know that they were going to give it there which was a lie because they have been advertising since February took my money in March started selling ticket 4 days before she even called me (social media tells it all)! True enough this is your establishment and you can do as you please, however; customer service goes a longgggg way... She did not try an accommodate us in anyway only offering us the smaller room which would not have worked for us.. Need I add my invitations were already made with winners address on them, decorations as well as plane tickets were purchased for this date but she wants to try and get us to change our date.. Had the nerve to say we usually dont give deposits back as if we were the ones who breached the contract... I have a Huge issue with this situation..This was very, very unprofessional, inconsiderate, wrong, I would not recommend this place to a DOG!

Sad to say that Winners have the ultimate potential to be a great bar and grill. Unfortunately, the customer service is appalling. The food, set up, and atmosphere is perfect for the location. I was there with my girlfriend on Sunday November 10th around 1:00pm. We were the only customers on the bar side. We ordered chicken wings and steak sandwich. The waitress/ bar tender took our order wrong because she didnt write down our order. Also, she never brought us out plates or napkins. I had to leave my seat to ask for something to drink and she made a smurk because I was disturbing her. She never came by our booth to ask if we need anything. I had to ask the cook for ketchup and mayo. I have video of her sitting on her phone the whole time and watching Television. Winners food is delicious but the service is always horrible. I was a regular customer but Sunday was the last straw. Its sad that a Black business with so much potential is doomed to fail because of terrible employees. You lost a customer for life and I will always give a bad name to your establishment. Sorry

THIS IS ABOUT THE AIRPORT LOCATION!!! Omg. This bar is a train wreck. Ornela the bartender was the only reason we stayed to view the chaos that ensued. Not only did the cook and absolutely insane bartender fight in front on everyone but the boss, BOB was actually called in to *take care of things*. Well BOB is definitely banging everyone but Ornela because he proceeded to pour himself a giant Crown Royale and Cranberry

Its upset I was there 6- 23- 2016 We came in for drinks and food. They had a special for 5.99 Steak Philly no steak or wing. I was pissed the Cook didnt tell bartender nothing I order 3 Steak Philly 12 wings no nothing. I end up getting 3 Chicken Philly one was burned. And I end up getting a perch dinner. The taste is great I Spend 54.00 never again
