We decided to stop in to Bar Louis on Sunday, 7/5/15, I had the Luigi sandwich and my wife had the California Chicken Club. When the sandwiches came mine was shredded lettuce and a rolled up piece of steak um.on a six inch bun when the menu said steak sandwich i was thinking thick slices of real steak grilled onions was i wrong it was gross i have had better food come out a vending machine on the turnpike my wives chicken sandwich was not grilled Im thinking boiled like a rubber chew toy you give to your pet I should have known better then to eat there the place was empty are server could care less I had to find her to get the bill save your money

Recently held our corporate employee appreciation event at the Lyndhurst location aprox. 40 people, we had a wonderful time and excellent experience. We worked with Matt Yasenchack manager to organize and plan our event. The evening went without a hitch, absolutely seamless, the staff was excellent and happy. Overall very good experience, we have used numerous venues in the past and the staff here really stood out, truly great! Thank you for a great evening, the man agent and staff really shined. The venue was clean, the food was good, beverages were excellent. Overall excellent all around, would recommend without hesitation. Great Job!

Have never had good service at this place. Last year the waitress never put my order in aftet waiting 45 minutes, then offered me one free drink after I boughy several because I was bored waiting. I believe the meal should have been comped, especially after I waited an additonal 30 minutes for the food. The second time the waitress never came by for refills and also was dropping F bombs like crazy. Im no saint when it comes to language, but it comes off as unprofessional when you server is doing it. My girlfriend went the other day and found a 8 inch hair in her salad. Yum. Do not recommend eating here.

I have been to this place probably about 20-30 times a couple years back. I recently went back and was amazed that the place is still up to date and emphasizes service the way it should be. Rarely do you find a bar of this quality. Martinis are great, the pours can vary; but the burgers make up for it; they used to have Burger Tuesdays where the burgers were $1.50 each, only thing is if you get a lot of toppings (they will charge you per topping) your bill can skyrocket and the burger will cost you $15.00 or so. Regardless, not a bad place.

First time there, we walked in and the hostess looked at us like "what do you want". She then got up from sitting and asked how many....the food was so awful. We had the dip trio and I had the ahi tuna sandwich with stale fries. The sandwich looked wonderful online but in person, it had one small sliver of avocado and barely any sauce. The only bright side was that our server was very friendly. I think he knew that the food was awful and felt bad. Anyway, Ill never go back. They really need to step up their game!

In had a terrible experience here a year ago where I waited almost 40 mins with no service despite reminding servers I was there so I just left without ordering. Gave them the benefit of doubt and tried again today - still horrible. We were the only people in the restaurant and it still took over 30 mins to get our food, waitress never checked on us or refilled water, laughed when we asked for check the second our food showed, and seemed annoyed and rude the entire time. Will not go back.

We are flight attendants who travel to many cities in the United States and abroad. We have never, never encountered a restaurant that doesnt give you the proper change. Instead this restaurant rounds your bill up to the next dollar! Is this a way of stealing a little from each customer? How many customers notice? This certainly put a damper on our evening in Cleveland.

Had office lunch there. One poor waitress scheduled to sereve on a beautiful sunny day with the patio open. She did her best. Got the lettuce wraps to eat as my meal and it was gross. So super salty and oily. Some of the lettuce had bad spots. Another person in our group ordered the mac n cheese. She said it tasted like stouffers. Wont be back.

This was a horrible experience. The server had us sit for 15 minutes and never came to take our order. We had to yell just for menus. Melanie tossed them on the bar and walked away. We waited another 10 minutes and had to stop her again to place drink orders. Then she screwed up our food order. Just horrible I will never be back.

Had a large group of about 12 adults and after waiting 45 minutes for our drinks, it set the pace for the quality of service. Well lack of service. After 2 hours of waiting and no explanation from our 1 waitress or manager, we unapologetically left. If zero stars was an option, I would definitely give them that score.

I went to bar louie and orders a burger... it was excellent.. the fries were cooked to perfection.. I ask the server who was back there cooking and they server said the cook was name William the call him Will..so if you go to bar louie ask if Will or William there to cook your food ..super job

I feel like I always get food from Bar Louie on my break from work. Im honestly never disappointed with the food. Occasionally after work, Ill go in for the bar drinks. Again, Im never disappointed. There are occasional waits, but those are always probable.

We waited for 15 minutes to be seated. No one attended us or at least did not even ask us to wait for few minutes. They didnt seem as if they really cared. We had to just walk out. Very disappointed in their irresponsible attitude.

Super cheap HH. Loud music. Great place to pick up people(?- humble observation). Its in the middle of a outdoor mall (no joke) so thats interesting. Close to an Apple Store- drop off your comp and have a beer!

Great deals on burgers and appetizers on Tuesdays. Be sure to expect slow service. Knowing this, I dont hold it against my review. The staff and food are worth the wait. Just sit back, relax and enjoy.

I was visiting from England and I loved american atmosphere. Very charged, busy and fun. Drinks were nice and the food- wow. Go on mondays- $1 burgers are a great deal

We sat ourselves and waited 20 minutes for our table to be wiped down. Ordered drinks after 5 more minutes. Waited 20 more minutes and walked out. Bull service.
