Nice selection of cigars and good atmosphere. We sat outside by the fire pit and the bartender was very friendly and showed us where the wood was stored. After building a lovely fire and two hours of enjoying our drinks and cigars, the owner had the bartender come and ask us to leave. The fire pit we had been occupying for multiple hours apparently was a unmarked "members only" section of the outdoor patio. After this we received the WORST SERVICE and could not even get our check to leave. After multiple failed attempts to pay we left money on the table. They do not appear to want to serve anyone who is not a member.

This is NOT a cigar bar. It is now a pseudo night club full of people who wish nothing more than to pretend theyre upper class. This place has gone way down hill in the last two years. They tried their best t to convince me that the mold on some of the cigars was plume while they frantically wiped off the residue right in front of me.The cigars smelled like sour milk and they had blue/grey patches all over them, it was not plume. The owner seemed too coked out (and Im not joking) to know what was going on when I talked to him, so I left in frustration. Ive been going there for three years and will not go back.

I came here with my mother, my first day in Jacksonville. Coming from NY, where the cigar culture is prominent and growing, I have to say that this place was a sweet smelling breath of familiarity. The selection, the atmosphere, the employees, all excellent. I am used to bigger humidors and a more premium variety to choose from(Shout out to Nat Sherman, Casa De Montecristo, and Davidoff cigar lounges)but Aromas more than compensates with their delicious house blends. A phenomenal place to enjoy a stogie, a good game if one is on, and oh, bring in your own food if you want. Just make sure you tip well.

Tonight was the worse service ever. Me and my friend who went there for his first time sat for 20 mins waiting on server to get drinks. No one came to our table. So I took it upon myself to get up and go the the bar to get drinks. As we sat there no one came to our table to introduce they self or ask did we need anything else. I seen the waitress countless of times walk pass our table not say anything to us at all. Please get more help so this place can have better customer service. Sorry but I will not be returning.

Awful service. Just left here, and sat for 20 minutes waiting for service. At first when we came no one even approached the table to serve us, then after a few minutes we went up to the desk and asked about hookahs. we ordered the flavor we wanted and went back to our table to wait, then after 20 minutes decided to leave because apparently we werent going to get our hookah any time soon. We were never offered drinks or anything and I wouldve understood of the place was live but it was dead.

Wow, What a surprise it was to see Aromas doing so well with so many new improvements. I have loved this place for years but overall just happy to see the humidor stocked and the staff ready and willing to help! They have live music most night and THE BEST HAPPY HOUR in town! This is my favorite lounge in town and now on Friday and Saturday Nights you can Latin dance on the non-smoking side they call the Ice Bar. Its a great place to go and have some low drama fun!

There is no better spot to relax and smoke a cigar in this city. During the day it is chill and you can work on your laptop using their free wifi, in the evenings it is an eclectic mix of people, white, black, latin and even some arabic people all chilling in harmony. Some times it is so packed you cant get a seat, but if you do have a seat, enjoy the show! The staff is cool, they are not super attentive, but they get the job done.

I use to go there all the time..after a while I went back there on Nov. 15,2008 and me, my friend, and 2 other girls were treated as we were not even there. My friend and I had to go up to the bar to order our drinks. After we complained, the waitress still did not come up to our table. Oh well at least the bartender made a good tip.

Aromas New Owners are really nice people! Carlos & Paula are young, hip cigar aficionados that understand service comes first in a high end establishment like Aromas. The humidor had a much larger selection and the variety of alcohol was second to none! We had a great time up there this weekend!

Wait staff and bartenders are great. Gentlemen that works the cigar counter can come off as a bit brisk and dismissive but shows great knowlage of his cigars. Can get crowded at night but has been a relaxing spot when I find my self working in Jacksonville. They have trivia nights and I have seen a DJ.

Went in and were ignored by servers for at least 20-30 minutes. We had to get up and find a server to order hookah, and 20 minutes later we were still waiting when we could see that the servers were doing nothing but talking to each other behind the counter. We left because we were tired of waiting

This place is awesome. Truth be told, I am not a cigar smoker but I absolutely enjoy this cigar lounge. The atmosphere, the people, the drinks, the bartenders, and the food.. yummy! (Lol) Thursdays and Fridays are the two nights Ive visited. I highly recommend this spot.

Terrible and rude service. First time I went, the service was great, however, when I went today, the guy was rude and said he didnt want to be there. It might help to hire people who actually want to be there and/or at least provide good service. Wont be returning.

Great environment. Great sevice. Very relaxed place to hang out on a Saturday night. Nice mixture of people from wearing very nice suits, to those in their casual clothes. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a place to have a cigar and a drink.

The tobacconist is all intuitive, ask him anything. If they dont have it, ask. Chances are, itll be in the humidor on your next visit. Most of their bartenders know their way around a drink. And when theres live music, it all comes together magically.

They treat people depending on what they wear so if you dont have nice clothe then I recommend you to dress up nice or they will tell you or look at you like as if you are stealing something from the cigar room. Very sad but thats very true.

I love this place! They have a great selection of cigars to choose from. Their house blends are great too. They also have a full bar with a decent scotch selection. The guys are always nice and if its slow theyll sit and talk with you.
