The only good thing about this KFC is that Margaretta keeps the buffet taken care of. The female Mgr. Chris has refused to make chicken time and again for us at the drive thru in the evenings. I have never recomended this place because of the unprofessionalness of the workers inside the dining area as well as in the kitchen. My dissapointment has been that when the Mgr. Anna transfered, the place went downhill. Not making chicken for the customers to keep down personal loss-cost looses the company money Chris. Your food waste loss may be down, but sales go down too! Cook chicken for your customers, thats what you get paid to do! Makeout with your boyfriend at home, NOT at work! Unprofessional, unsanatary.

This is the slowest drive through in the world. Horribly slow service. I hate coming here to pick up food. The last time I was here one of the employees was not wearing gloves, kept wiping sweat off her face, blowing her nose on her shirt and napkins, not washing her hands and handling the food. I was disgusted. Never eat at this location.

The restaurant is open till 9:30 pm according to their posted hours, but they pretty much close up shop around 10 till 9:00. Cleaning was in full swing. If they dont have setting around what you order from the menu, forget it. Oh, and could you please not throw your trash in the wastebasket? Weve already emptied those.

Food is good. Too bad they never answer their phone. I always have a large order, for 15 children, and try to phone it in, but they wont answer the phone, or they take it off the hook. So, I have to order there and wait 20 to 30 minutes to get it. If I dont have the extra time, then I go elsewhere. Pizza!

Ordered a $20 fill up bucket (supposed to be 8 pieces of chicken, biscuits x4, 2 large orders of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got home and have 5 pieces in the bucket and no biscuits. Pretty much the worst service and experience at all fast food restaurant. Cant even count to 8?....

If it were possible to rate lower I would. Got home and realized the order was incorrect, called and spoke with manager Mike Kennedy who told me to take my business someplace else and hung up on me, I have never experienced such terrible customer service

Service is really falling apart. Got home and only had 6 pieces of chicken and boy was I not happy. No napkins or utilities to eat with. No more KFC for our family anytime soon... especially Delaware Ohio Sandusky Street. An upset customer

They have a food bar that has fresh food. Manager actually said if they didnt have something on the bar, he would get it. We went in around closing and the food was still fresh and hot.
