Just ate from there today about 11 a.m. one of the first customers in Im reading all the reviews on here and said it was good food the service is a little poor but so today I decided to go in and visit and go for lunch I went down the line I picked out stuff that I like once I get back to the table and started eating the fish was rubbery the chicken was undercooked they and when I told them about the fish and about this they said they and when I told them about the fish and about this they said about the chicken they told me that is medium rare I dont know I dont know about chicken being medium-rare I never ate chicken medium rare always ate it all the way done the macaroni had hard shells mixed in the fries they were cold but yet hide I dont understand how that happened I went to the grill to go and fix me something to be grilled cuz the food of course is horrible one of the waitress step to me and told me that I was wasting the food and that I would have to pay for each item on the plate $5 for each item on the play that I did not eat so I told her if she eats this first Ill pay $5 for each item on the plate shes going to tell me no because she didnt pick up the food seeing that the food the meat was red undercooked and that the fish didnt look right got the items from the grill had my stuff grilled they cooked it undercooked it I mean the meat on there I guess it was supposed to been stay it didnt taste like steak and taste like Lambs meat to tell you the truth there were eggshells all inside of the pasta I dont understand how you crack an egg and you get shells inside of inside of something I dont know not only was the food under cook and used food from the day before I now I have food poisoning I have to miss a day of work just to go sit in the hospital I cant stop throwing up and I cant stop using the bathroom I dont think that this is fair for them to have a sign out if this is you cannot get a refund even if its their fault I refuse to turn to I refuse to this restaurant and I dont recommend no one else to go if you like your meat and I dont recommend no one else to go unless you like your food from yesterday and to be undercooked this would be a great restaurant for you bless you like food poisoning this would be a great excellent Super restaurant for you other than that I wouldnt feed my dogs their food

Ill start by saying that Ive been coming here very frequently for a couple of years and have never had a problem until now. The food has always been mediocre and the wait staff impersonal but I went there today and the service was HORRIBLE. I work at a nonprofit organization for the developmentally disabled, and we brought a group of fourteen here.. (Thats $150 in their pocket by the way.) They sighed, rolled their eyes, and glared at us because we had to pay for pop separately, and I later discovered that they ALSO added the pops to the food receipt. They got snappy with my coworker when she asked if she could seat our group, and gave us a hard time about how many tables we needed even though the place was completely empty. When they screwed up our pop order, they got snappy again and acted like it was the biggest hassle to correct their mistakes. They hardly bussed our tables and rolled their eyes half the time when one of my clients needed something. Shot us dirty looks while they stood around talking crap about us instead of working. When I found out that they were presumptuous enough to add a tip onto my receipt, I went up to the front to speak to them about it. They pointed out the sign that said gratuity is added for groups of eight or more, and I pointed out that we had two groups of seven and paid separately (as is required for my job, I wasnt trying to cheat them out of a tip from the beginning). I asked for a refund for the tip and they refused to give it to me. I told them it was very presumptuous to add a tip to the receipt without even saying anything, and that I wasnt going to tip them at all because of how incredibly rude they were. They just said "Okay" and I didnt see any of them for the rest of the time we were there. We used to go every month or two with our clients and I take my family very frequently, but I will never spend my money there again. I just could not believe the way they treated us. Dont even get me started on the food.

First of all everything was cold! When I told the cashier, she told me "look at the smoke (steam) coming from the food," which was the steam from the warmers... Then she told me I must have walked around too long with my plate! The final straw was when my 11 year old granddaughter found food encrusted inside her tea mug! When I asked for a refund I was told "no refund little girl ate whole plate." She ate the rice... I told her that everything was cold and my granddaughters mug had food encrusted on it. She called me a liar and said "no one else complain". I mentioned that the people behind us were complaining too and she told me I was crazy! At this point I asked to see the manager, she told me she was the manager, so I asked to see the owner, and she told me she was the owner! I was willing to compromise and get a refund on one meal she told me, " no refund girl ate whole plate!" She then took me to a food table and wanted me to feel the food to see that it was hot... When I refused she called me crazy again! I said you want me to touch the food, & you call me crazy! I told her I would stand outside and tell people not to eat here because every thing is cold and dirty. Again, she called me a liar.... So on my way out I got loud and said how cold the food was and that the dishes are dirty she yelled at me that was a liar and called me crazy yet a 3rd.time ... What great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The food is terrible, the service is a joke...EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I did call the health department and filed a complaint with the BBB, and I kept my promise to stand outside, and spared 4 diners an aweful meal! ;-) revenge is best served COLD!!! Too bad there is not a way to give negative stars!

I had to give it 1 star because theres no option for a big fat GOOSE EGG. I dont even know where to start. Probably the health department. As soon as we paid for our buffet meals we werent given our $10 in change. When we asked about it, it was like WE Had done something wrong. (We ended up getting our change). I take a walk around all 6 or so buffet lines. Things look good, but scarce 2 hours before closing on a Friday night. Food looks steaming hot. I grab a plate make myself a nice little pallet. I get back to my table and dig in. EVERYTHING is cold. I opted not to touch any of the meat. Sweet & Sour chicken was "rubber sour chicken". When I tried to tell a (buffet attendant) that some food was cold "no English" she says. I approach a waitress with my plate and ask if she has a microwave "1 minute?" She says. I then witness waitresses reaching over families that are eating to clear the table caddys from tables. (Soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper) meanwhile. This is my first plate. Two hours away from closing. And they are removing my salt pepper and soy sauce. Lets also mention that I seen waitresse(s) putting her hands all over her nose and saying goodbye to customers in the same second. I have a stomach ache. I barely ate anything. I urge you to go somewhere else.
