I love their food...but unfortunately i will never be going there again. I was treated like I was not valued as a customer. Sure its easy to be friendly and smile during a regular visit but what about when a customer issues a concern or displeasure with their experience? The managers apathy towards me was rather disappointing, the only thing nice he said to me was to have a wonderful day sarcastically, after he just ruined it! He was rude and totally unconcerned with my problem.

The burritos here are just as good if not better than Chipotle. Unlike other places. And with all the the health hazards at Chipotle I decided to stick with Qdoba. Also theres never a wait when ordering. I took a star because the service is blah! The workers dont greet you and really give off the impression that they dont want to be there. Other than that the food, especially the queso. Makes up for the bad service!

This is easily the best place to get a burrito. The food is always cooked perfectly, the portions are more than generous, and the service alone is reason enough to come back. Before you decide to waste your money at Cheapoldlay or Snot Head, I recommend you consider QDoba, you wont be disappointed, and if you are, then you must not have much of a pallette and I pity you.

I stopped eating here for awhile; had a couple bad meals. Two weeks ago, grabbed a meal at my sons request: everything from the food itself to how everything was placed in the bag (3 orders) was on point. Give it a try. On par w/ Chipotle, more ways to dress your meal as well. Light years above Hot Head.

I think some reviewers have this place confused with their competitor...Ive found the food better, the staff more pleasant and the wait better here than the competition, plus the coupons and loyalty program make them even better!

I have recently converted over to Qdoba! I used to be all about Chipotle but Qdoba has them beat! Not only is there more to pick from but it seems that the quality overall is much higher! If you like Chipotle, youll love Qdoba!

Go here all the time great food. Not sure what happen to the great help but the new help dont smile and are very short! And on the toppings! But I do love the rewards and the Monday free pop so I cant complain! Its Great

We are regulars here.... Between having sauces for their burritos, nachos, kids meals, gumbo and QUESO - they have chipotle beat. The Ancho Chile BBQ burrito is amazing! Plus they have almost daily specials.
