I have had good experiences here before with friendly workers except for tonight. I order the exact same thing every time i go to taco bell. "Number 6, steak, hard taco, (some drink)" the employee even asked "steak?" again. I drive up to get my food to only get one chalupa out of the meal. How do you get "number 6" as me saying only 1??? Anyways, the entire time she seemed to have an attitude about it even while I was ordering. Her manager eventually fixed up my meal and when she handed me the receipt she asked me what drink and steak or beef when on the receipt it clearly said steak and pepsi... she then turned and told her manager, "she didnt even say steak". Like um...wtf?? I clearly said steak. If I hadnt, how did you know I wanted steak? Maybe necause i told you and you asked me prior to me driving up to get my food? I didnt even say the word chalupa so idk how she messes NUMBER 6. She may have been having a bad day, but if shes going to be a jackass to others about it in a business setting, she needs to just leave.

Rude, rude, rude and Rude! Came here last week around 12am. My husband and I were told they were out of steak, potatoes and chalupa shells. We asked for a chicken quesadilla and were rudly asked by the employee, "what part of we are out everything dont you understand?" We were in shock at how rudely we were talked to that we ended up leaving. This particular location frequently closes earlier than posted hours and is routinely out of chicken, steak and sometimes taco meat...really?! We have drove up to the window multiple times late at night and have been completely ignored. We have driven around on multiple occasions to see them sitting around refusing to answer the intercom. Whats worse is that my husband emailed tacobell corporate over a week ago to state our disappointment and we have yet to receive any response back.. If you want to be dissatisfied, visit this tacobell location!

Worst taco bell ever. The manager is the most rude piece of crap Ive ever dealt with. They forgot part of my order in the drive thru and I go back up there to get the meal thats missing, they gave me the meal thats been sitting there cold and then when I ask for my money back the manager LITERALLY throws the money at me. Pathetic. And yall want 15$ an hour, HA!. If I could rate this lower than a 1 star I would. Get some manners next time or get out of the business of fast food. So dont come to this one unless you wanna deal with rude and foul people and environment.

Ive come here a few times at night well before the dining room was supposed to be closed... its stated right on the door that the dining room closes daily at 11pm. I came over at 9:30... both doors were locked... employees looked at me like I was crazy for even coming up to the door... Definitely not the kind of service any customer should get. The food is okay, but have also been overcharged as well during happy hour for my drinks... next time Im out this way Im just going to keep on walking, there are plenty of other taco bells in my area.

Complete garbage. Out of the drinks we wanted...missing items in our order, go back in to get them and they act like im bothering them. Get home to find out there is zero sauce in our bags, mind you the twit at the speaker asked what sauce we wanted. Had to go back there again and once again they acted like i was in the wrong for treating them the way they treat people. Youll be disappointed going here

I just went there to get food and they said they were all out of beef how the hell you run put of beef at taco bell thats like going to a coffee shop and saying oh we have no coffee. I will go out of my way to go to another taco bell. Thanks guys you for nothing

Went there a couple times at midnight and people werent around. Sat and the drive thru for ten minutes waiting to be greeted and went up to the window and employees were just standing around. So.. they ignore orders when they dont feel like working!

They frequently get the orders wrong and VERY frequently stop answering the drive-thru box hours before the locations marked hours. Plus we see employees inside as we drive by to leave. Very poor experiences, guaranteed.
