This was the worst experience/restaurant we had on the island. We were the only table in the restaurant, with a group of 18 people, our food took over an hour & almost all of our steaks were poorly cooked. A man approached our table, being confrontation with us & never stating who he was. He returned a second time, claimed he was the "manager" and told us we were "too picky". He then stood up & told us "to leave & never come back & tell our friends to do the same." With that being said, we will never return to that restaurant & we will tell our friends not to eat there either. Had we really met with a manager, this situation could have been avoided. More than one person in our group had to ask this man to leave us alone so we could finish our dinner & leave. Through all of this we were never offered a discount or apologized to for the food being wrong.

Interesting experience. Couple weeks ago I was there with my fiance (party of two). We ordered our drinks and food, drinks were brought out fine enough... But the party of six next to us came in about 15 minutes after us and got their food first (I ordered the chicken tender basket, her the coconut shrimp). The cherry on top was my drink, on the rim of the cup, had a bit of good ol fashion blood on it. Just a simple "oh sorry about that, Ill get you a new one." No signs of concern from server. Seemed like an "average" thing there.

Never again. Not only is the food bad but the customer service is terrible. Insulted when they followed me out of there telling me I was short on the bill. They then realized they miss counted the cash I left for them. Never again will I go there. Probably the worst place to eat on the island. Ill overpay for the food but dont insult me like that.

Stopped in with a party of four. Sandy was our waitress. Food was OK except for my fried bologna sandwich. It was burnt to a crisp on the bottom side. Tried to explain to Sandy what was wrong, but she just took the basket and never discussed the problem. I will avoid Trippers next time. You probably should too

This restaurant is horrible service!! They stranded some of the weekend patrons because they called the hotel and had all the carts taken without informing them. Two of which were older men with major medica issues. When I tried to call and talk to someone I was hung up on and ignored. Horrible service!!

Spghetti and meatballs was delicoous, along with the clam chowder soup. Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and throughly enjoyed. Jamie was our server and her service was wonderful. We never had to wait.for anything she was certainly on top of it! Would highly recomemd dining here!

If you want to pay $19.99 for a Perch basket "dinner" with fries & "coleslaw" (vinegar with other veggies) while sitting in bowling alley rolling chair then eat here. The look of the salad bar was not a good sign when we walked in. But the server was very nice!

Awful breakfast. Potatoes had no flavor and were somehow under- and overdone at the same time. Sausage patties were gritty hockey pucks. Nice gesture to give us a small discount for the grossness, but wont be coming back ever. Server was quite friendly though.

We ate breakfast head at 7:30 in the morning and at most it was tolerable. It seems very ran down and out of date. I would not eat there again nor recommend it with so many places a lot better so close. The servers were great just bad food

Now, Im sorry about the other reviews....but this place is the joint for ol school eating. It may not be the fanciest .....but-ter-ummmm, for the cost.....come on now! Get your grub on and excellent customer service!

they do not have a sophisticated sauce like a chain restaurant, but the wings were fresh, large, and cheap. Real coconut on the shrimp, yummy. Pizza and fries were alright.
