Ive been through twice now and can only say great things. If I had to summarize it in one word, itd be fresh. As someone whos eaten burritos a million times from places like chipotle I forgot what fresh ingredients in a taco was even like. The staff here talks about how they came up with their recipes and how it was influenced by family recipes. The setup is familiar for how to order, but sitting at the bar at happy hour is also the way to go. You can grab a seat and go through the line when youre ready. The tacos are what I came for, and the homemade corn tortilla is what you want. What I didnt expect was how good the beef would be, as someone who usually defaults to chicken I was really glad I tried something different. It was what was recommended by the guys there, and they were right on. Its fresh, delectable, affordable, and its not a chain. I encourage everyone to give it a shot.

If youre looking for an alternative to Chipotle, this is the place! It has the same layout as Chipotle, you get to select what you want (Bowl, Burrito, Tacos...and more) and get your choice of meat, rice, beans, etc. This place has a lot more unique types of meats along with your typical Chicken, Steak, Barbacoa; it also has Al Pastor and other types of pork and beef! The place is kept well cleaned and taken care of, Ive never been here during evenings, only picked up stuff while Ive been at work so I havent seen it busy. They do have a small bar and TVs to watch sports etc. Staff is friendly and the few times Ive been here I havent had a bad experience. They do serve Horchata, and its pretty good but a tad bit expensive. Definitely worth a try. It falls in between authentic Mexican and westernized Mexican food.

First time here. The staff was very friendly, and the food was fantastic! This place is like a better, nicer version of that national chain fast food burrito place. The atmosphere is more of a sit down restaurant. However, you still go up and order your burrito or bowl, etc. to your specification in the line. The ingredients are tastier and fresher than what I was used to. My wife and I both got bowls and some chips and salsa. The bowls were fantastic. The chips were good. We both wished the salsa was more mild. Next time Ill ask about that. Its also nice that theres a full service bar. Overall, its definitely a warmer, friendlier, tastier experience for some quick Mexican food. Ill definitely be back.

I stopped in here last night for the first time, and the food was excellent. Its a chipotle style walk through with similar food options... but the food seems a little higher quality here (they made sure I knew that it was authentic mexican food). The service here is second to none, as soon as I walked in they had me sample a little of everything to make sure that I ordered a meal I would enjoy. Love this place, I just dont make it up to the Polaris area very often. It also has a nice bar area with a decent happy hour, house margaritas, a few different beers on tap, and a number of domestic bottles.

First time visit, with a friend who had just discovered this authentic Mexican food. Greeted with a friendly welcome from Daniel, felt like we were being welcomed into a family, fabulous tacos with home made corn tortillas, everything fresh. Great ambiance. All staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved Daniels friendly parting phrase, "thanks for coming, if we dont see you tomorrow, we look forward to seeing you next week." We will definitely be back!

Overall I would agree that most of the ingredients in my roasted pork bowl were great, fresh and had great flavor. However something (rice?) had so much salt it overwhelmed everything else. Ill try it one more time due to other good feedback Ive received but the salt ruined this order for me.

First time visit, friendly greeting, offered samples to taste. Ordered tacos, wonderful corn tortilla. More variety of proteins & fresh ingredients. Tasty chips & cheese dip. More expensive than chiplotle. Definitely will be back to try other offerings & hopefully a Margarita next time :)

I am beginning to appreciate places that have unique nonalcoholic drinks. This place had a drink called Horchata, which is a rice based drink with cinnamon. I was offered a sample of this and an iced herb tea. Both were very good. Overall the staff was friendly and the food good.

Please give this place a try! Super fresh food and friendly staff. The food is fast and fantastic... think a more authentic and flavorful Chipotle with great ambiance (it feels like you are truly in a cantina). I cannot say enough and likely will visit several times a month!

OK for one stop but... Location is OK. Seating is OK but definitely encourages you to eat and move on. The meat was dry and chewy. They overcharged me and dont seem to know their own menu. Even though the menu shows a taco selection for multiple, they charged for singles.

They know how to make authetic mexican food. I loaded up a quesedia with everything you would put in a burrito. Excellent staff. They do charge extra for chips and guacamole, though the menu doesnt mention the guac charge. Margarita was strong, but excellent. Will be back!

Like a more authentic Chipotle with more options and less pretentiousness. The al pastor pork is just not my taste (not a fan of the spices used), but the carnitas are delicious and everything Ive had has been filling and worth it.
