literally if I could do 0 stars, I would. picked up my fiance from his midnight shift and we drove almost 30 mins to this location, as its the closest to our house. They were supposed to open at 7, so we waited. for almost an hour, as we arrived early (6:40). what I assume is the manager shows up almost a half hour late, we sit in drive thru after they go in (giving them a few minutes to at least get a headset to greet their guests) for almost 10 minutes, and then order. We needed to pay with some cash and the rest on debit, as we did not have enough on our card and got told they cannot split tender. ITS 2014 HOW CAN YOU NOT SPLIT TENDER????? I can understand a late morning, but waiting over an hour to basically be rejected is unacceptable. I wasted my time and gas driving all the way out here. I will be emailing or calling their corporate office.

The absolute worst place every.. nasty employees an untrained mgr.. go through the drive-thru waited 15mins no answer then went to the window everybody eating food still no greeting then one of girls opening the window an said "yall need something" we said "nobody took our order" she close window then another girl comes to the window with food in her mouth and drink in hand said "what yall want" with sass..like we bothering them, so we like naw, we dont want nothing here then my friend was yall shouldnt be eating and serving customers, then she said something smart thats when he cuss at her.. Im getting piss off all over again.. this store sucks so bad Im surprised it still opening.. they need a whole new team

Somehow there was an issue where our order got dropped from their system. No evidence of it supposedly. Sat waiting for about fifteen minutes before buzzing again. Had to wait another twenty minutes and buzz again to finally get a server out to the car. If I didnt know any better, I would have assumed she was the only person working at the time. Ended up having to send the check back in because our initial order was during Happy hour and was not when they finally got our other in after they "lost" it.

To start, they got the burger wrong with selected toppings, then the onion rings tasted as if powdered sugar was in the batter, couldnt finish 1 ring, took them back, the fries we got in place were not salted &barely warm, needless to say, we fed the birds this day. A $13 outing to someplace different, was a waste of money, this will most likely be the last time we venture to Sonic.

It was awful! So slow and when we did get our food my burger had no onions and was to much mayo and ketchup my husbands hot dog had like nothing on it that it was supposed to and I couldnt even use the bathroom coming from a place where sonic was everywhere and loving it so much I was very disappointed we will not be going back

Waited 30 mins for food when there was hardly anyone there the people in the drive thru who came 10 minutes later than us were getting there stuff before us. We didnt have anything big a chicken sandwich and a small shake I got up and left didnt pay and I dont know what happened to the food.

Waited in the drive through for 20minutes to have our order taken. With dismay drove up to the window to talk to employee. The emoloyee was very rude therefore asked to speak to the manager, she was also not compliant, mocking us for vocalizing our complaint. Will never go here again.

Ordered a 24 piece of wings; 12 honey BBG AND 12 buffalo, got my order and the buffalo looked and tasted like they were originally made BBG and then just throw in some buffalo sauce when they realized they screwed up! Lazy workers is all you get at Sonic. Theyre always so slow too.

I have never seen a drive thru as SLOW as Sonic on Hall and Hayes. I wait an average of 5 to 10 min for my food with only a car or two infront of me. What could possibly take so long? Its frustrating when you are starving and expecting to quickly get something to eat.

Went offline between driving clients so that I could grab a flavor funnel. They look amazing. But I waited for over 15 minutes at the menu board, without anyone coming over. I dont have that kind of time to waist when I have to drive clients to make money.

Your ice cream machine was down and we were in the mood for ice cream like a shake you dont have trays to put on the car kind of like A&W did to eat if you want to eat in the car or sonic card that you have to use for gift card

We waited 20+ minutes for our food the last time we were here. We were about to leave when the manager showed up. I get it, they are short handed and probably too busy. The food was good and fresh so thats why they get the 3

Dont get me wrong their food is good EXCEPT they bread their onion rings in SWEET cornmeal batter, which makes them taste like cake stuffed with onions, which is HORRIBLE, now their frozen lemonade ROCKS.
