Sabrina, the manager, is so nice and accomodating! Loved her!! When we first arrived, I asked to be seated away from the rest of the crowd due to my anxiety in public places. The hostess allowed us to sit on the closed off side of the restaurant. She was really nice and understanding about it. Our waiter was Martin and he was doing a good job. He forgot to bring us our sodas with the appetizers but overall, he did a good job of taking our orders and serving. The food was delicious! We had mozzarella sticks, French toast and omelettes. My absolute favorite item on their menu is French Toast but my order was still a bit raw and wasnt cooked thoroughly. I asked Martin (waiter) to discount the order. He spoke to the manager, Sabrina. She came out and sat at our table and asked how we were doing. She apologized for the French toast and promised that shed make us a fresh order. She was so personable and that made us feel comfortable. At the end when we got our check, we noticed she had discounted the order even though she made us a fresh order of French Toast. We left a 25% tip and we were very happy with the service. I give Sabrina and the team 5 stars!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had. They messed up all my order and by the time I finally got my food, it was cold, and they didnt give my any forks so how am I supposed to eat? The floors were dirty and the tables too. And they give me a 20% discount for the inconviniet which was only 4 dollars, and not forgetting that it took for ever to get my drinks ohhh and also three people came to my table afterwards each time they were wrong bout what i wanted , no communication whats so ever and and the end the manager aplogized but it took so many times before they even did i was upset explaining myself and still nothing. Till the end.

I went to IHOP with my wife I ordered a T-bone steak with eggs and potatoes. The steak was horrible I told the waitress that the must had die six years ago. I sent the steak back and the waitress suggested steak tips, I agreed she brings out my order it was raw. I asked to speak with the manager she came over and asked me if I would like something else I said no just the bill. She removed the steak from the bill the meal was 13.99 after removing the steak it cost me 8.99 for eggs and potatoes with toast. .. will never walk into a IHOP ever again.

Bad service all around this place is a franchise, dont expect to have high quality service. Corporate locations take pride in what they serve this location probabaly wont last a few more years. I applied for a job there but theyre so unorganized and discourteous I decided to look elsewhere. Plus everyone who works there seems miserable, you can hear it in the tone of their voices and you can see it in their eyes. Do yourself a favor and eat local, there are plenty of mom and pop diners and restaurants in the area.

During the week we normally receive decent service; however, on the weekend the service and food are lacking. There is usually a single table in the middle of the restaurant taking up most of the kitchens time. The food was Luke warm though tasty and the kitchen got one of the orders wrong. Hit or miss, I have either had really good dining experience or really poor at this place. Very few in between.

My husband and I visited this IHOP twice in as many weeks at different times of day. The food was fine...if you dont mind sitting in filth! BOTH times there were food & dirty napkins on the floor beneath our table. BOTH times we had to clean off our seats before sitting down because of food on them. DISGUSTING! We will NOT be back! I should note that they were not busy either time.

Waited 45 minutes for my appetizer. Only 3 or 4 other tables had people at them. Ridiculous. Over an hour wait for sub-par food. Asked to see manager and she took a whole 1.53 off the bill. Staff is bad and cares more about socializing than serving. They also cant figure out how to enter a coupon. Took 4 whole tries on the bill to figure it out.

Had to wait forever to be seated, all 20 employees were in the kitchen talking away. Had to change seats cuz the put a lil kid behind me who non-stop kicked the underside of the seat, hard. Finally got our food...they tried giving me overcooked chewy dry chicken & ice cold mashed potatoes. VERY unacceptable!!! We will NEVER return!!!

I love this place but after my last experience I probably will never go back. I ordered the same thing I usually do, but my fiance didnt want anything (we come because its hard to find food I will eat). Tables that came in after us were served before myself and two hours after dining I am feeling very sickly. Will stay away from now on.

Not that great 8/19/16 these unprofessional employees they got working are really rude ,there loud they dont pay attention when you talk to them so you have to repeat yourself multiple times ,couldnt even get another set of forks had to get it myself ... Horrible service extremely slow it took over half hour for us to get omelettes no apology from the waitress she didnt seem concerned at all and there are about 5 people in the restaurant besides us. We get better service in Steelyard Commons so thats where well go next time. Do not go here unless you are not hungry or in a hurry

Terrible customer service. Tried to place a carryout order at this IHOP and was put on hold for 15 mins and gave up waiting for a response. If this is any indication on how they treat their customers than I want nothing to do with them. It just sucks because I love IHOP and this was the closest one to my girlfriends place.

Waited 10 minutes for waitress to greet us. Ordered a house salad and there was dirt on the lettuce. Witnessed manager yelling at employee across the room. Then said manager came to my table with an attitude. Ordered dessert and they didnt have the necessary product to make it. Will not be coming back.

After a horrible experience at Dennys my friends and I started frequenting Ihop. The servers are GREAT. They are quick with the food, which, imho is quite delish. I would recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for a yummy meal on the west side (AVOID the North Olmsted Dennys like the plague).

Arrived at restaurant had to wait awhile to be seated even though there were no other guests besides us. When a cook notified the hostess that we were there she replied, "Im aware of them" and finally seated us a few minutes later. Some of my crepes were undercooked . Major disappointment!

The waitress was very inattentive and distracted. And the eggs tasted funny. Had to ask for silverware had to ask for part of my meal they forgot to bring. She was not prepared to wait any tables. Maybe she was new, but she did not even say goodbye. She just took the check and walked off.
